AMAZING!!! I'm more than happy with the job Everseal did! I had many quotes from different companies and not only were they all more expensive, but many talked bad about each other. Ernesto was very professional, and he didn't waste his or my time talking bad about other companies; instead, he focused on explaining me how they could fix my leaking basement walls. The crew went above and beyond! I have no words to say how much I appreciate their hard work and professionalism! Amazing company!!!

I am very glad that I picked Everseal Basement for my project. I need a bigger basement window well to prevent water from coming in. Ernesto is very knowledgeable and very honest with possible options with fair price as well. His crews is very professional and they keep the worksite very organized. They even cleaned up the window ladder of my old basement well then painted it to match new color.
Since we needed expand it from a 52 inch well to 56 inch, the cover that came with the well did not fit anymore. Ernesto promised to install a customized cover.

I have had Everseal out for a cracked foundation repair in my basement. They did great work and provided awesome customer service. I had to call them again for a separate issue, and Ernesto just genuinely feels like a knowledgeable and honest man. I trust his experience and will always come back to Everseal for any basement/foundation needs (hopefully never).

I did my research and was frustrated with the bids and the ridiculous up-selling until I met Ernesto. Water proofing is a big job and really stressful for the home owner. When you are looking for someone, do your research and know when you hire Everseal, you will be happy you did!

This company sent very experienced and professional workers to dig out 4 window wells and drains. They dug 8 feet down on all windows to the drain tile. They replaced all drains, wells and covers. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The end result was everything that was promised, done at a very high level. I am very pleased with the end product. If you are unsure of who to use, you cannot go wrong with this company. Javier and Ernersto are the two foreman who headed up the job. They were fantastic. If you are unsure of who to hire, hire these guys.

I had a two day project. On the first day, Jimmy, Dan and Arturo came to install the new sump pump discharge tube. They didn’t waste no time at all. On the second day, Javier came to take care of the crack in the foundation. He did a absolute wonderful job. Re-drywall, tape, mud. I have to take my hat off to Ernesto and Everseal. Outstanding job! Javier at Everseal was fantastic! A couple of foundation cracks was the issue. Price was reasonable and we haven't had any water since. My husband gets a little on gaurd around people doing work in our house, but he was so pleased with how respectful and efficient Everseal was. And the best part is still no water!! Thank you!

This company is fantastic! I scheduled an appointment with their office staff. Ernesto did listen to me and gave me some options. They scheduled the repair and knocked it out of the park! I really appreciate the fact that their staff went the extra distance to listen to me and do the work. Their price was fair and appropriate. I will call them again if I need foundation repair.

We had a great experience with Everseal. Quick to come out, explained the process and material with the estimate and even showed me the different components when they came for the repairs. It felt genuine and not like they were trying to push sales, which was also a breath of fresh air. They had to cut drywall to fix the crack, and they repaired the drywall so well you can’t even tell it was cut to begin with. Their cost also came in lower than the competitors. Everseal’s technician also had the skills to be able to do the ENTIRE job (including drywall repair) unlike some of the competitors (who had the same cost but without fixing drywall). Very happy we went with the local company and will definitely use again if we ever need to. Highly recommend.

I totally appreciate the service done by Ever seal basement company. They came in and sealed the crack that I had in the outside wall which was letting rain water in the basement. They repaired the crack and poured all new concrete. Crew and everyone that I talked to were very professional and respectful. They dealt with the property as it was their own. These guys are great. Honest and stand by their work. I've had them do a couple jobs for me already and have been impressed each time with their honesty and professionalism. On one job they unfortunately miscalculated the pipe size needed to run the water of my property. They quickly remedied the issue without further cost or excuse. That is a company that stands by their products!

I called Everseal in regards to a leak i had in the basement of my business and ERNESTO came out within hours to give me a estimate.The same day they sent out the tech which I believe his name was Javier and he did a great job repairing and no mess.This company offers good old fashioned service that is hard to find these days.

Ernesto, Jimmy and his crew were great. I had them out for basement and crawl space sealing, replacing a hopper window with an egress window, plus landscaping which included extending the downspouts below ground to keep water away from the house. The crew was on time every day and finished the job early. They were very courteous and respectful and answered all my questions

Ernesto and his team did a great job installing a drainage system in my basement and carbon fiber straps on my basement walls. This work was completed on time and under budget. Everyone, from the staff in the office to the employees in the field, were polite and helpful. Great job waterproofing my Chicago Brick foundation basement. It's been a few years with out any water intrusion and called ever seal basement again for another project in Clarendon Hills. I'm always impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. This time it was a French drain and foundation epoxy crack repairs and dimple membranes on the exterior surface of my home. Thank you so kindly and I still for all the good work, highly recommended.

Javier was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and provided service same day as my estimate. Explained everything in great detail and was very polite. Price was very reasonable.

Our buried pipeline from the sump pump outlet to the drainage area in the far back yard was plugged. It was a couple decades old and the old corrugated pipe was crushed in at least one place. Ever Seal came out and did some measurements and assessment of the back yard, and then provided us with a price estimate. It was reasonable and he said they hand dig and won't damage our sprinkler system. Another company told me that they use a trenching machine and that I'd have to hire a sprinkler company to be there the same day to repair sprinkler pipes the trenching machine would rip through. That was over the top in my mind! Years ago I had hired Ever Seal at another location for a smaller job and they did excellent work for a fair price. They did that again here today! Everyone I spoke with, including the workers who did the digging and pipe laying, was knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

We moved into a 100 year old house with fairly high groundwater levels last summer. There was an existing perimeter drainage system and sump pump in the basement, but after a few rainstorms it was clear that the existing system was not up to the task.

We received quotes from three firms, including Everseal. They were competitive, but definitely the most thorough. The job was complex - new perimeter drain, concrete removal and replacement, an external drain for outside stairs, new sump and ejector pumps, battery backup, PVC wall lining to direct wall penetrating water to the perimeter drains, footings for 3 columns, and outside drains to direct water from downspouts away from the house foundation.

The team really did a great job-it took nearly two weeks, and I watched things carefully (couldn’t help it, I’m a water engineer (seriously!)). I have already recommended Everseal to a neighbor and they did a great job for them as well. This is a seriously good company that does excellent work in challenging situations.
