Quality of work was excellent, as was the interaction with employees in the office and on the job site. Scheduling took longer than expected, and price was on the higher end of estimates I received.

They were very thorough in their estimate, gave a reminder call prior to day of arrival to cut down the tree, cleaned up nicely, and hauled away promptly. I didn't realize hauling away the wood chips from the stump grinding was an extra price although I have a woodsy area where I will dump them.

We’re repeat customers. That pretty much sums our experience with Abbott. Last year we needed a 20 year old Bald Cypress tree removed. They were one of three estimates. This year we needed four large trees pruned and I automatically called Abbott. Pleased with their service from beginning to end. They are knowledgeable in tree care needs. Crews are considerate and cleanup was great.

The Abbott team did a great job, coming onsite on a priority basis after a big storm, to efficiently clear fallen tree debris from our property.

Outstanding service. This crew came out at the end of their long work day after storms damaged much of our area, to get a large tree off the garage right before the next storm rolled in. They didn’t have to do this, they could have gone home after their last job. It was 7:30 pm when they started our large project that required a crane and incredible skill! And they did the work with vigor, diligence, in sync as a team, and smiled while doing it. They finished in time and drove home with tornado sirens going off. Truly went the distance for us. And their office support went over and above as well. They left us with an immaculate yard! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Ralph has provided expert advice and recommendations for maintaining and treating trees in our property for several years. Our Crab Apple tree and Silver Maple were in need of some TLC and are now flourishing. He recently transformed our Star Magnolia by lifting and pruning. We have found Abbott the most affordable expert tree service in the area based on comparable estimates. We will always call Abbott and highly recommend.

Three large Abbott trucks completely blocked the entrance to our subdivision. Not only could cars not pass but emergency vehicles, if needed, or school buses were blocked as well. I got out of my vehicle and spoke with a few of the guys & asked who parked their truck blocking traffic. One of them stated it was him but refused to move his truck. He told me to tell the owner of the truck across from him to move his truck instead. What rude & disrespectful workers. They feel they have the right to come into our subdivision and block access to our private roads. There were 3 large Abbott trucks with equipment (trailers, etc.) parked on our street. These workers felt entitled to do as they please and fail to even correct the situation when asked. Abbott's workers apparently must feel entitled and/or totally uncaring about others. I’d think twice before having them do any work.

The staff were all professional. They contacted me in advance to confirm the appointment and then showed up on time. They reviewed everything they were going to do with me before starting the work. They took their time and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up my property after they finished and talked to us before leaving to make sure the work was done satisfactorily. Great company. I had called several other companies and this company was the most professional and did exactly what they said they would do for the quoted price. I will use them again in the future.

Abbott Tree Care's team, led by Jose were professional, efficient, polite and did a great job of trimming nine large trees on my property, to my specifications and wishes. They did a great job of cleaning up after they completed their work. There was a complete walk through following the job to see if there was more that I needed.

Abbott Tree takes care our our 3 acre property from tree care, lawn maintenance, general landscaping and snow removal. They are attentive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We are pleased with their work and will continue their service in 2026

My first contact with Abbott was with a certified arborist. Ralph is truly a tree care professional. He correctly identified the dead tree and the proper way of dealing with its removal. I immediately received a competitive price quote and hired them to do the task. A few days later, after locating services had marked my lawn for possible buried wiring hazards, the crew came to do their work. Promptly upon their arrival, they set up and started removing my dead tree. They were fast, thorough, and neat. The job was finished in just over half an hour, and left me with nothing left to do but admire their work. I especially appreciated that Eric, the apparent crew leader, thoroughly answered my questions, and made me feel at ease with what they were about to do. True to their word everything turned out perfectly, and the money expended was well worth it. I highly recommend Abbott Tree Care for anything you need done with your trees and will be contacting them again in the very near future to do more work.

Great communication telling me what day they would be here, etc. Rooting for removal was not as good as I expected. And the area was left with tons of rocks and will require a great deal of work, dirt, seed, etc. to make it look good again.

I contacted Abbott at 2pm due to a large tree on a garage that was ready to collapse. Within two hours, they had a certified arborist on site to access the situation. 20 minutes later he had a game plan. They set up a crew, and came out the very next morning to get to work. Not only did they remove the tree, they also use their crane to assist with removing the roof of the damaged garage. I don’t know if I have ever seen a team work so well together!

Before selecting Abbott Tree Care, we reached out to MULTIPLE other companies for estimates. Abbott was the first to respond and from the moment they arrived I felt like they were trying to earn my trust and business. The others arrived weeks later after I had to call them multiple times to remind them to come out for the estimate they said they'd come for. In other words, it was a no brainer. The other companies (all highly related here) seemed like I needed to be chasing them for the business.

Back to Abbott. For the estimate I was walked through all aspects of what they would be doing and how. They have a crane they use for projects such as mine. In the end, we agreed on them removing a tree in the front (with stump grinding), a tree in the back (with stump grinding), dismantling and removing a metal shed next to the tree in the back (it was next/on the tree being removed), and they trimmed a tree in the front. This was all done for what I feel was a reasonable amount (especially considering the quality of work and care the team gave).

I was fine with them coming out a bit later so the date was eventually set as early July. The day of they arrived early And got right to work. The first tree was removed in a matter of hours (which allowed the crane access to the back tree). The tree in the back was a stubborn one. In the end, the owner (whom operated the crane) said it was if not the worst, one of the very hardest trees he's ever done. Well they made it look easy.

When it was done they did the grinding of the stumps. When it was all said and done all that remained was the sawdust from the ground stumps (I used it for mulch in the back) and a much more open and safe yard!

Thank you to Abbott and I can not recommend them enough. Just skip the rest. They don't want your business anyway!
