My only regret is that I waited so long to have window washing service from Ernest Windows. Shawn and Luke did a beautiful job cleaning inside and outside, screens, and skylights (see photo). Shawn is personable and professional, explained options and cost of services. It’s incredible what a difference clean windows makes! Highly recommend.

Horrible. We called Ernest and he quoted us at $130. His technician came and cleaned our gutters using our garden hose (I figured they'd at least use a power wash). He hardly cleaned the helicopters out of our gutter screen guard. Then when I questioned him about it, he said it's not important and the helicopters would just come back the next day since we are surrounded by trees. He stated cleaning the screens would take hours. He then tried charging us $170. I made him go back up and clean the screens which only took another 30 minutes. I did not pay a penny more than the agreed amount of $130. He also did not replace the screen guards properly and left gutter debris all over my yard and flower beds which smell absolutely horrible. We will not be using them again

They have cleaned my windows for two years. They do an excellent job often going above and beyond. Arrive on time and get the job done quickly. All of the workers have been very polite and considerate. We are very satisfied with their work.

Awesome experience today with this company for service at my home in Arlington Heights. David, my technician, came 10 min early to count the windows and quote the price which was very courteous. I have 20 windows and I wanted all external windows plus screens and tracks done. David has done a thorough job and he’s calm with good communication.

Making an appointment was easy and quick with text follow up to communicate ETA after the appointment was made. I’ll be paying by check and they also accept cash or electronic payment if you’re willing to pay the 3% charge for it. Overall, I recommend their business and would use them again.

Came quickly and priced fairly for exterior windows. Did a pretty good job, though there were smears on couple of windows and the garage door windows. Gave 5 stars because they came back and touched up where needed with no hassle. Will definitely use again.

Used again today for cleaning gutters. Called and the gentleman came right away. He was very pleasant, did a great job, took pics to show me the clean gutters, and blew away the leaves that landed around the house. Price was fair.

We have been using Ernest Windows for years to clean our gutters. They are always on time,do a great job and are very cordial. I would highly recommend them. And the price is reasonable.

Second time I’ve used Ernest Windows for gutter cleaning and outside window cleaning. I’ve used other companies and Ernest is superior by far. I have a two story house and can’t get on a ladder to do the work. The young man who came is very pleasant and passionate about doing a great job. When he was done he showed me multiple pictures of my clean gutters. Fast, efficient and fair priced. I’ll continue to use them.

Ernest Windows has cleaned our windows for many years. We have a 2 story home with a big foyer window in the entrance area. They are reliable and always do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

I called these guys in the morning to wash the windows at my house and they were there by noon.... done around 230. Windows look great and the price was even better. So glad I called them!!

Stepan did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on my house. He took pictures of them when he was done to show me how clean they were. This is the 3rd year using Ernest Windows for this job. I am very satisfied with the consistent quality and reasonable price provided, and will use them again next year.

Ernest Windows did a fantastic job on my gutter cleaning today. Luke was the technician, and he was excellent start to finish. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with.

He cleared out a lot of compacted debris — the construction bag afterward was heavy, which tells me he really went through the entire gutter system.

Luke handled the job quickly but carefully, and the results showed it. Great company, great service, and I’ll definitely be using Ernest Windows again.

I paid to have the gutters cleaned but noticed the next day that the guy didn’t clean the leaves off the roof and those leaves started falling into the gutters! I called the company and talked to the Manager who said he’d send someone over that day but no one showed up! Very disappointing.

Did not understand the task. I showed these pictures and he said we wiped for free. I didnt ask for free. But they could of said its extra service we offer and i would of happily paid. You think cleaning inside/out with screens would automatically include inside the window sill/tracks.

This would have been my third time using Ernest in the past six months. I’ve also referred them to people and know for a fact they got at least one of those jobs and I tip the employees well since it’s over 90 windows. Last Wednesday, I scheduled window and gutter cleaning and was assured they’d be able to do the job prior to Christmas. Job was scheduled for Tuesday. Monday they called and asked if it would be okay to come Christmas Eve. No problem, I understand companies run behind. Today, Christmas Eve, they’re supposed to arrive between noon and 2:00. They don’t show and I get a text at 2:30 saying they’re coming the 27th, after Christmas. I promptly call and ask to cancel the job. They ask why and tell me they’re running behind. I explain that they’ve already pushed the job back once which I had no problem with but I’m frustrated to only be notified via text (after the scheduled appointment time) that they’ve taken upon themselves to reschedule and I wanted the windows cleaned as I’m hosting Christmas Day for a large group of family. He asks my address, I give it, he says the job is cancelled and hangs up on me. I was not rude in any way. I’ll be finding another company from here on out.
