Great experience with your staff. We lost our power Thursday 07/09/2020 in the storm that hit Elgin. We had a huge tree that took out our household powerline and left a live wire on Mallery Ave in Elgin. After multiple calls to com-ed about the seriousness of the situation, with no crews dispatched to assist, your staff were driving by on the way to another call and we flagged them down. They called in other staff folks and disabled the live wire across the street and reconnected us quickly. I am grateful to the two gentlemen who I spoke about the problem, I asked for their names, Jason Cronin (Kronin?) And Bob Parish. Your staff took the time to get our power back before the upcoming heatwave. Thanks to all of you.
