This is a follow up to my sterling instillation review. CAUTION!!. When you are told to keep the fan in the ON position all the time they may forget to tell you about the exception which is when you change the air filter. If you leave the fan on, pulling the filter will damage the fan wiring and that will cost you $85.00 for a service charge. I called the company and suggested that since the filter (at least mine) is only changed a couple of times a year they attach a label to the furnace by the switch as a reminder to turn off the fan when the filter is changed.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I've used Comfort Care (CC) over the years for minor HVAC repairs and tune up. That probably accounts for both the AC and furnace lasting 31 years. This time however the AC gave up the ghost and I bit the bullet for both it and the furnace. The professionals from CC talked me through every step of the process, made recommendations and answered all of my inane questions. While it was quite an investment I feel as though I got my moneys worth and highly recommend Comfort Care.

I have been a customer of the owner of Comfort Care for 20 years. He used to work for a company our builder used and that is how I met him. We had a complex heating/air issue and he came in and figured it out immediately. I recognized how talented he was then and I've followed him since. It is not easy to find such competent people who have integrity and Brian, the owner, has both. I recommend Comfort Care without any hesitation and I appreciate all the years of excellent service they have provided to our family.
