Dillon and Eric came out and did a duct cleaning for us and they were absolutely amazing. They explained everything they would be doing and took their time and really was careful while in the house. We had just redone our hardwood floors and worried about the floors being damaged but I was told not to worry. And I am so glad we had this done they showed me pictures of how dirty the ductwork was and now it’s spotless. Thanks Dillon and Eric for an outstanding job. And thank you Patriot Heating and Cooling for an exceptional job. I definitely can’t recommend this company enough for their great work.

I've been working with Patriot for years and have always received the highest-quality service. Today, I had my dryer duct cleaned out and have to say that Erik and Dillon were both excellent techs. Showed up on time, very communicative, showed me pics and video, broke everything down for me, and went above and beyond to fix some issues with my ducts even with a mess of boxes being in their way. At the same time, I was having my annual AC maintenance and Troy was superb with that, as always. Gave me great recommendations and showed me exactly how things work and how they'll work even better now.

I had Patriot replace an AC/Furnace and could not have been more pleased with my decision. My AC gave out in the middle of the heatwave in late June and they were great to work with throughout the process and never felt pressured for any higher/more expensive systems. Brian conducted a very thorough consult and explained all of the details so I would understand the system. The installation went smoothly and even the owner stopped by to ensure I was being taken care of and the service was to my satisfaction. All in, I highly recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling.
