Great work!

The technician came out for a water leak in our furnace. He tried to fix it with chaulk and charged me $120. When that didn't work he came back and replaced the inducer motor - which still didn't fix the problem. Then he said he was going to charge us additional $120 for anymore subsequent visits. I wish I could get paid for failure...

We built with Ryan homes and Viccarone was the HVAC company that installed and serviced our home. Our house was built in 2020 and we’ve had nothing but issues with our AC unit. We had the internal wires snapped by the fan because of faulty installation, the capacitor was damaged, the unit wasn’t installed level and we have low Freon levels. Every time we put in a service request and have someone come out to look at it, we get pushback and are told that nothing is wrong. We’ve had MULTIPLE 3rd party companies also look at the unit for diagnostic purposes and they have all found the issues that are listed. When they finally do come out to “fix” the issue, they basically slap a bandaid on the problem and a few months later we have another issue pop up. We are still under warranty with this company and currently our unit is making a thumping sound when running and it smells of burning oil. We put in a emergency service request since it’s 90 degrees outside and the supervisor Jeremiah told us that he refuses to come look at it and that what is happening is normal and to keep running it until the system “blows out”. The system now will not turn on at all and we cannot get in touch with anyone. Stay away from this company if you can, they take zero accountability for their poor service.

Dennis was very prompt in coming to help us when our furnace shut down in the middle of a deep freeze and heavy snow. Found the problem and ordered the part. He saw us through until part arrived and he installed it. Very satisfied!

Our AC had a small leak and we were able to seal the System without breaking the bank. It can be expensive to find these pin hole leaks but we are working and my AC is blowing at 55 degrees again vs 68 before the visit started.

Arrow Heating and Cooling is the VERY BEST! They are brothers and work together everyday. They were a great investment. 2 Heating Units and 2 ACs. They did a fantastic job and always answer the call.

Arrow responded to us immediately after we reached out to them. They were much more affordable than their competitors. Very nice guys to communicate with. Will most definitely use them in the future!!

Arrow replaced my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Did a fantastic job. Explained what they were doing and helped me pick the size for both that would work best for my home. Job was done in one day and helped me register all the products as well as show me how to program the thermostat.

Highly recommend Chris with Arrow Heating and Cooling! Wonderful service and the fairest pricing around! Don't go with the big names who have to put their massive advertising budget in your pricing. You will get an honest estimate and honest service. No up-selling. Thanks so much Chris for your great service!

These guys are great!
They were here bright and early and on time, installed my brand new furnace, AC and humidifier, and when they were done cleaned everything up and and it looks great!!!
I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with these guys, Andy and Chris knocked it out of the park and made it a great experience. -
I received a very fair estimate of the cost to have my 70+ year old furnace removed and a new high efficiency furnace installed. They arrived as scheduled, got the work completed fairly quickly and with very little mess, went over the new unit with me, and answered any questions that I had. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a furnace replacement.

Carbon monoxide alarms went off at 2am and firemen told us our 40-year-old original furnace was at fault. I called Andy at Arrow Heating & Cooling. He responded promptly and gave me a reasonable quote to replace both furnace & AC. Both were completed the next day. He followed up with the paperwork to register the units, exactly as promised. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Brian did a great job reviewing options for furnace and a/c replacement, and was very responsive answering all my questions. The installation crew did a great job - efficient, thorough, and clean. My experience with Comfort Care is that they are prompt, courteous, and professional!

This is a follow up to my sterling instillation review. CAUTION!!. When you are told to keep the fan in the ON position all the time they may forget to tell you about the exception which is when you change the air filter. If you leave the fan on, pulling the filter will damage the fan wiring and that will cost you $85.00 for a service charge. I called the company and suggested that since the filter (at least mine) is only changed a couple of times a year they attach a label to the furnace by the switch as a reminder to turn off the fan when the filter is changed.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I've used Comfort Care (CC) over the years for minor HVAC repairs and tune up. That probably accounts for both the AC and furnace lasting 31 years. This time however the AC gave up the ghost and I bit the bullet for both it and the furnace. The professionals from CC talked me through every step of the process, made recommendations and answered all of my inane questions. While it was quite an investment I feel as though I got my moneys worth and highly recommend Comfort Care. -
I have been a customer of the owner of Comfort Care for 20 years. He used to work for a company our builder used and that is how I met him. We had a complex heating/air issue and he came in and figured it out immediately. I recognized how talented he was then and I've followed him since. It is not easy to find such competent people who have integrity and Brian, the owner, has both. I recommend Comfort Care without any hesitation and I appreciate all the years of excellent service they have provided to our family.
