Ben showed up on the day he said he would. If he had mentioned on the phone that it would take months to get parts, that would have been better.

Called for a washer repair today, was able to get me in the same day because of a cancellation. Was up front about call and service charges which were reasonable. Diagnosed and fixed the issue related to an overflowing tub on the spot. Very nice to work with and definitely recommend.

This is a newer business but the owner is not new to the business. He has over 20 years experience and as an added is honest and trustworthy. We had him come out to fix a washer. He came out the same day and was honest about the cost of repairs being pretty much equal to a new machine. He even said if it was for his own family, he would just buy a new one. Wow! He could have tried to get the "job" from us but instead had OUR best interest at heart. I would recommend him to anyone! I wish him and his new business very well.. and would use him again in the future as a need arises!!

Ben came out for my Samsung dryer repair. Found the problem quickly and communicated really well what was happening and upfront with everything. Good prices, he is quick, and knowledgeable. Would easily recommend him. One of the better repair man I have dealt with.

I called to schedule an appointment for a issue with my gas range, and over the phone Ben diagnosed the issue and said he didn't want to come out and charge me for a service call that I didn't need. The issue resolved itself just like Ben diagnosed. He could easily have made the money but instead he was honest up front! Definitely call Precision Appliance repair! Thank you!!

I’d been struggling with my old oven for a while and was about to fork over the money to buy a new one when I found Ben. He got back to me the same day I called, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the issue.
