Running a emergency service company isn't free, and I used this company to facilitate an emergency septic tank drain down to which the company I work for upcharges for our diagnostic services to find out what the issue is. This company decided to ruin our relationship with the customer and give them their bill without our upcharge for coming out to the home and diagnosing the issue, along with absolutely zero communication from their technician about what they did at the house and when they completed it. 0/5

I've used Ability Septic several times for pumping our tanks. They have been reliable and very reasonably priced. Would recommend them.

I've worked with Ability Septic for a few years now and they always do a great job. Melissa takes good notes on my septic setup and tailors the services I need. Trucks are always on time. Kevin is great about educating me on best practices and cleans up when the work is done.

Need Ed to mark out septic system prior to getting a permit . They quick precise. And knowledgeable.

Love their service! Follow up with you for appointments in a non aggressive manner and they setup your account for service at reasonable intervals. They never set the appointment without your approval first. The technicians are extremely kind and knowledgeable and are able to Ander any questions you have to front. Even give good advisement on future services.

Jared Sliger did a first rate job servicing our septic tank. In addition, he answered all my questions and made a few recommendations for keeping my septic system in good repair in the future. Ability septic is the best service I have ever used.

Long story short, I fixed the problem myself & paid them $625 for hydro jetting a line that was supposed to completely clear the line but it didn’t & I rented a Rodder & fixed the issue myself. An hour after they left.

Justin was completely unprofessional. Tried to say I needed emergency digging since hydro jetting didn’t solve the issue. Since they didn’t fix the issue they needed to charge me another emergency fee to come back plus another service fee to service my pipes again. Nobody checked the drain that the water flowed to the septic when they left. Justin asked why I didn’t watch the plumbers do their job lol.

If the job wasn’t done right the first time, why do I have to pay again for you to come & fix the issue you should have fixed in the first place. Why would you charge a customer that called an hour later that they have the same problem that you didn’t fix the in the first place.

Justin hasn’t called me back in 7 days since our last 22 minute conversation. Told me he had another more important call he needed to handle. I asked him to call me back. Not even a text message since then.

I don’t recommend you spend your hard earned money on this company. Seems like this is a reoccurring issue based on all their 1 star reviews. Bad service. Even worse customer service.

we had an emergency with our septic system late on a Friday afternoon - I called several companies, even the company we had used for years - Ability was the only company that responed and had a team out on Saturday morning fixing the problem. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what the problem was, repaired it and we were up and running. By the way, the other companies I left messages with all called on Monday morning!

I have used this company in the past. Called to schedule my bi-annual septic pump and was told they could only schedule me on a Tuesday or a thursday. I was speechless lol. In a nutshell this company is no longer accommodating as far as scheduling is concerned. The guy who answered the phone even put me on hold to ask the manager if they could make an exception (dont do me any favors lol. Whos hiring who?) quickly returned to tell me they could not. Amazes me nowadays how a company could be so unaccomodating and have lack of customer service. They lost my business in one phone call. Funny thing is it wont be long before I need my tank replaced and they lost that business as well with one simple failure. If you need a company to accommodate your schedule THIS IS NOT THE ONE FOLKS!

The crew was very contentious as to not damage the yard. There was a new employee in the crew, he was willingly absorbing all direction given. The seasoned employee was directing him in a polite and helpful way. We will definitely be using Ability again!

After almost a year, you guys reached out to me on a follow-up. That call made you number one on my project list.

Ability showed up 1st thing the next morning to save the day & allow us to flush our toilets again!

Horrible company. Got a whole new system installed by them they did it in January when it was 20 below zero. First issue that happened right off the bat was they broke the concrete of my pool patio on the wrong area due to them having the wrong map of the old septic system. Second issue I had is they broke all of the pipes of the pool for them being careless and using a giant escavator to dig it up when they saw that I had a pool never told me that my pool was going to get damaged. Third issue i had was once they finished installing my system in early February 1 week later the septic system pipes that they buried was crushed by the large frozen clumps of dirt and gravel they covered it which caused for my septic to back up into my house flooding my basement i had to leave my house to go sleep at somewhere else. Third issue is that is that it was not the only time it backed up into my house this happened 2 other times. If your looking to get your septic system replaced please don't use this company they're deceitful their own employees disclosed that they had the same issues with other customer.

It’s hard to be happy after spending thousands on unexpected expense, but from start to finish the give 5 stars.

Justin and Nick were great! We expected them around 12, and Justin kept us updated all morning on their estimated arrival.

We had to have a our septic pipe (cast iron) replaced from inside foundation to the tank.

Once exposed Justin took the time to explain what and where it went wrong, and why they were doing what they were doing.

They did an excellent job cleaning up, and even saw nick sweeping our driveway. They took their boots off every time entering the house, even though we never asked. I hope I don’t have to, but we will definitely use them

Phenomenal customer service, called them at 10pm and by 8am the next morning I was fully serviced. Ricardo and another gentleman did amazing work, and Kris on the phone is a pleasure to speak with! Will recommend to any of my neighbors or additional people that I know with a septic tank.

Wow this company is awesome. I called told them my sump pump not working. Melissa walked me through how to test if it's sump pump or float switch. Good news it was just the float switch and I got part at home depot and fixed right away. I'll use this company for sure for my service and septic pumping needs going forward. Love the honesty and help troubleshoot over phone.

We had our septic tank pumped by a technician named Jr. He recommended having our field lines hydro jetted and cleaned. We took him up on this. They gave us a really good price and were very professional when they came out. They also replaced the header line in order to make our field more efficient. The crew was really great, and we were very satisfied with the service provided. I wanted to take a moment to thank Ability Septic for their help and recommend them for anyone looking to service their septic tank. I also wanted to thank Jr. for his expertise and the advice he gave us to make our system more efficient.
