Excllent service - we've used Restoration Plumbing in the past for a new sump pump, water heater, and a major drain clog. Each time, they've been professional, on time, keep the workspace clean, and get the job done well.

My water heater went out on a Saturday. I called Restoration Plumbing within 10 minutes. Someone called me back set up an appointment and the water heater was ordered and replaced on Monday. I could not have been happier with their service. They were able to quickly identify what my needs were, discussed options and get us on their calendar quickly to resolve our need to replace the hot water heater. The installation was done very neatly and our home furnishings were well protected as they moved equipment and tools in and out of the basement.

Clogged toilet drain. Called Restoration Plumbing and they had a team on site in less than an hour. Issue was more involved than quoted but they held with their quote. Completed and cleaned up in less than an afternoon.

I can’t say enough good things about Derek and his team. I seriously considered leaving a review before they fixed the leak in my kitchen. Derek came out and quickly diagnosed the leak. The leak was severe enough that it required an insurance claim. Derek kindly guided me through the nexts steps and how to handle the claim going forward and what to accomplish before they came back to fix the issue. Derek came and diagnosed our shower problem. He told us how to go about ordering a replacement part, and worked with my wife to ensure that we ordered the right part. He also immediately scheduled our follow up appointment, so we wouldn’t have to wait a long time.

The individual that installed our shelves drilled into a waste pipe thinking it was a stud, and we didn’t find out until the following evening after using our shower. We called Restoration first thing the next morning and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Our plumber, Brandon, was incredibly knowledgeable and rolled with all the punches that came from communication with our shelf installer (as it turns out, he had drilled TWO holes into the same pipe). Brandon took the time to be sure the job was done right and answered all of our questions thoroughly and with kindness (and as new homeowners, we had quite a few!). We are so appreciative to have found plumbers we can absolutely trust and they will be our go-to from here on out!

Derek was very responsive from first contact and easy to work with. Brandon and his son were great on the job. They supplied and installed a new ejector pump and replaced 2 outdoor faucets. The team was very professional and thorough.
