These guys actually routed the water heater pressure relief pipes into the wall cavity of my basement. If activated it would have flooded my basement. They also disconnected, moved both my water heaters out from the wall and them moved the back before the sheet was replaced behind the heaters. The whole effort was billed out to me at over $4k and it would have taken another $4k to redo it all but to allow for the sheet rock fix behind the heaters. At this point they refusing to admit to a general lack of common sense as well as being clueless about the most basic of plumbing codes for not discharging water into my wall. I’ll be notifying the cda plumbing union shortly.

I have used River City Plumbing many times. Fixing water supply lines for a bathroom remodel, adjusting a gas line for a new stove and installing new water heater and water softner. They do excellent, clean work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Your two techs were on time. They assessed the problem with my toliet and installed all the necessary parts that need to be replaced . I was very happy with the service and they spent the time with me and went over the diagnostic and answered all my questions . When it came to pricing they were very accommodating. Heather in the office was so helpful go over my payment options and was able to work with me . Thanks for a job well done. I have used River City Plumbing on another occasions and we’ve always been impressed with the job . Your techs are very knowledgeable very pleasant and efficient . I will definitely call you again when the need a rises on my next project .

This was my first time using River City Plumbing. Our basement flooded twice and needed to replace our sump pump. It was 22yrs old and needed to be replaced. Jake and Thomas completed the assessment explaining what failed causing the flood. They both came back to replace it. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a pleasant experience, answered all my questions while also making sure I understood how the system operated and what to expect. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Great service and passionate about their profession.

Our water heater went out and we needed help asap. River City was fast, efficient, respectful, and affordable. They were out the very next morning and we were good to go! Highly recommend River City for any of your plumbing needs.

The techs, Mr. Jake and Thomas came and removed the old water heater and installed the new on in an hour and a half time. They did an amazing job very neatly and clean. They were great.

Thank you to Karl who was extremely attentive when I was looking for a plumber for a broken clean out. I truly like that he called and there was an option to text for further communication. He sent Jake and another coworker out first thing in the morning. The text alert with the plumber’s picture and arrival time is also a nice feature. Thank you to Karl once again for coming out to the house yesterday and clearing the blockage that had sewer waste backing up into the bathtub. I called Karl and he was at the house in 20minutes. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. I needed a few laughs after the mess I had been dealing with. I’m glad I went with his advice to have the camera go through the line. Roots in the pipe were a big part of the problem. He suggested a treatment to do yearly to help prevent them from coming back. I am new to the area and have an older house. I knew eventually, I would need a good plumber. I highly recommend Riverside Plumbing. They are professional and get the job done right. They aren’t just a company that forgets once they finish. I received a kind voicemail from Karl, following up to see if everything is going well. That is a first. My partner said folks are very friendly in the Midwest. She was right! Thanks again Karl! Jake did a superb job installing an APED RO system and a new garbage disposal. Works perfectly! Just as I wanted. Great job and Jake is very personable and helpful in explaining the operation and maintenance.

This company is very honest and upfront with everything! I appreciate their quick response and turn around and I don’t feel ripped off. They do great work. We’ve never had a problem. We’ve had them out several times for different issues. All which have been resolved with great communication. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Jake crushed the removal of a 75 gallon tank and installation of a 50 gallon tank on his own. Super friendly, answered all the questions we had regarding the tank and others about fixtures in the house. Would highly recommend.
