I don't generally write bad reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to do so. On 7/29/24, I contacted A&P Plumbing to do a required annual backflow assembly inspection on the fire prevention system in my rented townhome. I was assured that they could perform the inspection the next morning and I was given a service window of between 7-9am. This was confirmed by an email with the date and time of my service appointment.

The next morning, I cleared out the area where the backflow assembly was located and waited for the technician to arrive. By 9:00am, nobody had arrived, and further I had not heard from anyone working with A&P. At 9:00am, I called A&P to find out where the technician was. The woman on the other end of the phone assured me that she would have the technician call me back. By 9:45am I hadn't heard from the technician or anyone else with A&P so I called back. This time, a woman transferred my call to a "dispatcher." The dispatcher answered and said "That's plumbing. I don't know why they transferred you to me." I was put on hold for a period of time, and then the dispatcher told me someone from A&P would call me back. Again, I patiently waited for a phone call. But by 10:30am, nobody from A&P had called me, texted me, or emailed me. At that point, 90 minutes beyond the service window I was given, I had to leave and go to work.

But that's not the end of things. Later than night, I sent not one but two emails to A&P using the email address on their website, and by replying to the email I received from them confirming my service appointment. In the emails, I explained the facts above and then asked for someone to please explain to me how this could happen Not only did no technician show up, but A&P staff apparently did nothing to help me understand why no technician showed up. They completely ignored my calls as though I didn't even exist.

So, how did A&P respond to my emails? THEY DIDN'T. NOTHING! CRICKETS! Today, one week later, I still have not heard a single word from this company about why they failed me. Not a phone call, not a text, not an email, nothing!

No service, and no customer service from this company. STAY AWAY!!

Paid my deposit Dec 1 2025 for a main water line they cashed my check the same day but have not heard anything from them in the 2 weeks since they got my money I called but no one answered the phone I emailed them but no one got back to me

The technician came out for a water leak in our furnace. He tried to fix it with chaulk and charged me $120. When that didn't work he came back and replaced the inducer motor - which still didn't fix the problem. Then he said he was going to charge us additional $120 for anymore subsequent visits. I wish I could get paid for failure...

We built with Ryan homes and Viccarone was the HVAC company that installed and serviced our home. Our house was built in 2020 and we’ve had nothing but issues with our AC unit. We had the internal wires snapped by the fan because of faulty installation, the capacitor was damaged, the unit wasn’t installed level and we have low Freon levels. Every time we put in a service request and have someone come out to look at it, we get pushback and are told that nothing is wrong. We’ve had MULTIPLE 3rd party companies also look at the unit for diagnostic purposes and they have all found the issues that are listed. When they finally do come out to “fix” the issue, they basically slap a bandaid on the problem and a few months later we have another issue pop up. We are still under warranty with this company and currently our unit is making a thumping sound when running and it smells of burning oil. We put in a emergency service request since it’s 90 degrees outside and the supervisor Jeremiah told us that he refuses to come look at it and that what is happening is normal and to keep running it until the system “blows out”. The system now will not turn on at all and we cannot get in touch with anyone. Stay away from this company if you can, they take zero accountability for their poor service.

Dennis was very prompt in coming to help us when our furnace shut down in the middle of a deep freeze and heavy snow. Found the problem and ordered the part. He saw us through until part arrived and he installed it. Very satisfied!

Our AC had a small leak and we were able to seal the System without breaking the bank. It can be expensive to find these pin hole leaks but we are working and my AC is blowing at 55 degrees again vs 68 before the visit started.

Had a new furnace installed this past week, Andy is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable! We are very happy :)
