Comfort Care Services did a great job installing my new heating and air conditioning system. They were very competent and professional. They arrived promptly at 8:00 AM, and they were all finished by 3:00 PM. They removed my old monster of a furnace, which was 66 years old, and my old outside air conditioning condenser. The old furnace had a big iron heat exchanger that probably weighed a couple hundred pounds, but they removed it and hauled it away. They custom fitted the furnace to my old duct work and flue pipe, including a special flue that needed to be fitted to the water heater flue. The furnace has been working like a charm for several months now. The price was fair, and they even included some extra work that was not contemplated in the original proposal.

These guys are awesome! They were super nice and reasonably priced when they serviced my mini split system. Comfort Care came out to help me when others refused. Now my A/C is back up and running for the summer!

If you're searching for an HVAC company, congratulations you've just found the best one. Look, I've never written a Google review in my life but I can't not after the amazing service Comfort Care provided during this recent heat wave. Amazing isn't even the right word. We had got a fair and honest quote from Mike to replace our AC unit and truthfully, we were gonna tough it out this summer. Once the heat came and reason took hold, I reached back out to Pam and the guys who dang near immediately came out and hooked us up. Seriously, the kids can't stop talking about how it's freezing. Upstairs! In a century home! Comfort Care rescued us from our own worst decisions and did it with professionalism, expertise, and compassion. Everything you'd want and expect from a local, family business, they delivered on.

Greg from Comfort Care arrived on time and I could immediately tell he was experienced and knowledgeable. He walked me through a couple of his findings on why my A/C unit was running poorly. He cleaned it out, added a small amount of coolant, and it is good to go! Affordable, transparent and honest is how I would describe this company. They are now my go to for future HVAC needs!

This company responded to an emergency failure of our blower motor and within one hour was at my home installing a new furnace, which we had planned on doing very soon anyway. Our system was only down for six hours and they professionally and competently installed our new furnace to our satisfaction. They were professional and courteous, with emphasis on doing a very clean installation that minimally impacted us. I will continue to use Comfort Care for all of our HVAC needs.

I've used Comfort Care for multiple things over the last few years and every experience has been outstanding! Most recently I did a full replacement and upgrade of my furnace & AC and Mike and Brian once again did an amazing job- thanks guys!

Three weeks ago, we had a whole new system (furnace, air conditioner, smart thermostat, and humidifier) installed by Comfort Care (CC) and we have been very impressed with the whole process. In the end we talked with five different providers and chose CC for several reasons. First and foremost, it was nice to deal with the owners directly as Brian and Mike handled the consultation, quote, and installation themselves. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough and unlike the other providers they did not feel pushy or "salesy." They just seemed interested in making sure they provided the right system for our house and our parameters. Though it is always tough to do an apples-to-apples comparison between providers as they use different manufacturers and specifications can vary - we feel our price was very reasonable especially given we felt that CC was clearly the elite shop of the five we dealt with. In addition, they were very responsive and always met any time gate that was established or stated. Bottom line, we would use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their HVAC addressed.

We needed our A/C unit moved in preparation for adding an addition to our home. Comfort Care gave us a great quote (1/3 of the other two quotes we got) and then provided very friendly and professional service! My husband, who is a professional contractor, was very pleased with the job they did. In addition to that, they came to my door telling me they were smelling natural gas. Long story short, that caring gesture resulted in a visit from Nicor gas who discovered a gas leak at our neighbor’s home. So grateful for their caring service. They live up to their name! 5+++ stars!

Our furnace stopped working at 4:30pm on a Saturday during the coldest weekend of the year. Brian was at our house in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what he needed to do and fixed it quickly! I was so grateful for his honest opinion and extremely fair pricing. I cannot recommend his company enough!

Erick did a great job determining what was wrong with the air conditioner that had iced up. He defrosted it and checked the outside unit to get everything running properly. We have called for maintenance from other technicians but Erick from Air Choice got the AC working perfectly on his first visit.

Kaiden was prompt and provided a very thorough inspection and assessment. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the company’s text reminder of his arrival and the photo that was provided, so I knew exactly who would be arriving.
