They patiently discussed all sorts of options, pros and cons with us until we felt comfortable with our purchase. Their pricing was straightforward. They came out when they said they would, worked super efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, and finished in one day! They took the time to discuss filters and thermostat options and their preferences with us. And they were happy to pet our dogs 😊. Highly recommend.

After my father in law's recommendation, we have used Comfort Care for years to keep our old HVAC system working. When it finally quit, and we needed a new HVAC system Comfort Care did not disappoint. The guys were AWESOME and were able to work with our 1876 basement and put in our new Bryant system. SO grateful to have found Comfort Care! Our furnace was going in and out, we had one company tell us their soonest was 2 weeks, another company had to come out twice to tell us what might be wrong and quoted us an unreasonable amount to replace the furnace.

Comfort Care was at our home within 3 hours of my call, determined the issues instantly and quoted us a great price on a new furnace. Brian and Mike were back out the next morning installing it and reconfiguring our duct work to be properly functional. I have been with Comfort Care for many years! I am now moving and will miss their wonderful service! They are dependable, reliable and just great to have in my home. Returned my call within minutes on a weekend! Technician diagnosed and fixed the AC issue on day 3 of 90+ degrees and had a ton of patience with my dog that barked at him the entire time! Highly recommend!

My husband and I really appreciated the responsive and professional service we received from Brian and Mike when over the weekend our AC stopped working and they were able to promptly come out and assess what the problem was. Unfortunately, the compressor went out on our 20-year-old unit, but the good news is they were able to install a new unit that day and get us up and running. They thoroughly explained how they were going to accomplish the work and communicated along the way as well. Comfort Care has been our trusted partner since we bought our house. We had just become new parents and our furnaces stopped working right as the cold weather hit. Comfort Care came to the rescue.

They found the heat exchangers were cracked and at risk of leaking carbon monoxide, so we had them replaced. They've also replaced our humidifiers, thermostat, and we always have them back each year for A/C and furnace tune-ups.

We have used Comfort Care for maintainence on our HVAC system for the past few years. They recently replaced both our furnace and AC. Our furnace was 20 yrs old and we decided to replace it for a more energy efficient model.
They did an excellent job and prices are very fair. Brian explained everything that would be done and answered all of our questions when he came to our home to give us an estimate. Brian and his crew did meticulous work and cleanup and were all very professional and courteous. All questions were addressed before they left . They went above and beyond!
