NEC Technology Repairs

Terrible!! Came out more than 3 times to fix the dishwasher. Made it worse each time and had to hire another company to fix all of their mistakes. DO NOT USE THEM!! Even if you are using them because of a warranty. You will end up paying more in the long run to fix their errors. Each tech they sent out had no idea what they were doing. One of the techs actually tried to Utube how to fix it!!!

The ONLY communication is through text messages. I was only able to figure this out by googling them and seeing many people say this after calling numerous times as well as leaving a voicemail only to get a reply saying that they were on a call. They didn’t respond back after their call so I responded back and always seemed that it was a bother when I did get a reply. A guy eventually came out said what the problem was and said he would order the parts and it would be a week or two. Over a month later I still hadn’t heard anything, I TEXTED to ask what was going on with the order and got a response that the part was ordered and eta is 8-10 weeks. Nothing after that from them. Got an email from our home warranty company that said I needed to pick a new dryer. I would NEVER recommend this company as they have poor communication and they have a lack of professionalism!!!!

AHS assigned this provider. They originally came out to repair a leak from the freezer and after several visits and floor damage the leak still exists. They also took a part with them that they claimed I threw away. I have video showing that they do in fact take parts with them. This is basic robbery, they literally stole ( took) a part and lied and said I threw it out. The only way I’ve been successful in contacting them is via text. They have poor record keeping and they do not even know which repair men they send to your house ( text proof of them asking to describe which repair man was at my home ). If the warranty company assigns this company tell them you want another provider because they have no clue what they are doing ( literally multiple visits over several months and the problem was not fixed) and they take and lose/steal things from your home ( parts to the fridge/freezer) & claim the customer threw it out. AVOID them!! And it seems that based on multiple other reviews the owner or representative will either not respond or will respond blaming the customer or defending their practices, but look up other companies and you will see this has got to be one of the worst reviewed companies. Take some accountability and fix the problems instead of lying and blaming your customers. Speaks volumes about what type of repair company this is- it comes from the top, and if the top acts this way imagine what your allowing into your home
