We had a wonderful experience working with Amanda at the Home Show, quoting and ordering with Jen, and Tom finished it off with a great installation of our flooring. We would highly recommend them as we've had great experiences with McCullough's now and in the past.

After Jen helped us in the store she visited our home to estimate product we need. We have done a lot of renovations lately, and Tom was the absolute best we have ever had to lay our flooring. He worked alone and did a wonderful job. You could set your watch by how he scheduled his day. When he finished each day, everything was picked up. When our flooring was done, everything was cleaned up. Thanks to Jen and Tom for a job extremely well done! We will be back!

I was replacing all the flooring on my main level. After initially going to another local flooring store and feeling that I wasn't getting much help and that the sales staff didn't seem to know much about what they sold, I decided to go to McCullough's based on their reviews. It was the best decision I made, and I can't recommend them enough! Amanda was extremely helpful to me in picking out my various flooring. I went back several times after changing my mind, and every time she was happy to help me find something different until I was satisfied. She made the process so much easier. Everyone, from the delivery man to the installers, were friendly and very professional.

After many years of putting off new flooring, we recently decided to install laminate flooring in the main living area in our home. We went to McCullough Flooring in Belleville, IL. Terri at McCullough guided us through the many flooring options. Jen at McCullough came out to measure our area and gave us a quote which we felt was quite reasonable. They were both extremely thorough in explaining everything to us. About 2 weeks after choosing our flooring, Tom, the installer came exactly when expected and went to work immediately…alone! He was meticulous in paying close attention to every detail. Our flooring was completed in 4 days. The entire experience with McCullough Flooring was easy, pleasant and stress free. We could not be happier with the finished product and wonder why we waited so long.

So we needed carpeting for our new home. And since we had done business with McCullough in the past it was a no brainer to go right back to them for our new build. Terri and Kylie were absolutely wonderful and knowledgable to work with. They helped me make my selection of carpeting for the bedrooms and the stairs to the basement. Now after a month of being in the new home, I couldn't be happier with our selections. Also a shoutout to Alex and his crew for the installation, they were outstanding. Amanda has been amazing to work with. We had some work done our slab house and we were trying to find a tile match for the kitchen . I did the chat with us message and got a response immediately. The first match was not correct so Amanda did some digging on her own and ordered more free samples. Unfortunately none of the samples worked, however working with them has been the best experience around. 12/10 recommend.

Very satisfied with the experience I had with McCullough's. As a 15+ year commercial construction professional, I was already aware of the excellent quality of work and materials they offer. This week was the first time I visited them for a residential project. Jennifer assisted me with selecting the perfect products. We did a total kitchen remodel and in the process worked with several trades. There were definitely bumps along the road and times when we had to question the craftsmanship of some. Not so with McCullough’s Flooring! We went to them for the backsplash and the whole experience, from picking out the tile though installation could not have gone any smoother.
