Unprofessional and dishonest experience.
I completed the agreed work for this client on time and with quality, but they refused to make the payment afterwards. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and ethics. I strongly advise others to be careful before dealing with them.

Everyone but Customer Service are very helpful. Customer Service is atrocious. Do not special order anything unless you are willing to make at least 3-5 trips and several phone calls. Shower door kit had missing pieces and cost me 3 hours in 4 trips.

Jimmy McCormick stole 1400 from me in January. He charged me 1400 to connect me with a concrete company. The deal did not go thru. They sent me my deposit back, but as of yet Jimmy has not. He won't answer any way I've tried to contact him. Ive talked to a coworker and he has said, I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you. He messed up everything on my order. Never expressed that I wanted 200 amp instead of 100
So now I'm paying out of pocket for all of his mistakes. He has been accused and sued in court by cardinal building for over promising things that can't be delivered he has stolen deposits from several customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ghosted. Got an email 2 weeks after request. No call. Job was already done. Apparently, no interest when contacted.

Showing in facebook finished tiny home with the price. I came there to find out that its only shell . Not finished and now price is double . Not a paradise

I had a great experience with this windshield repair company! Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they offered plenty of available options that worked perfectly with my schedule. The repair itself was quick and super convenient. Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free highly recommend! (Belleville Location).

Jimi took a deposit over cash app. We cancelled, confirmed with the builders there was no cancellation fee. Told Jimi that we confirmed it, he refused to return our money that day or the next. We filed a complaint with Cash App, and he claimed he couldnt click the "Refund" button, had to wait for it to go all the way through to his bank account.
Now he has refunded $269 of our over $1700, and has been sitting on it for over 2 weeks.
Update: We received another $20 from Jimi. To complete the $289 from one of the two deposits on 2/7/2026.

As of 2/8/2026 All that remains to be refunded:
Paid a $1,432.66 deposit on 1/23/26. Contract was canceled before work began. Business acknowledged no costs were incurred but refund has not been issued.

Had to have our 2021 Mazda CX-5 driver and front passenger door windows replaced. Contacted Safelite who quoted a cost of $1,200, and would have to drop-off vehicle. Contacted Martin Glass and was quoted $700 for both windows, and they would come to my residence.
Matt and Robert arrived at the appointed time and completed the job in about 2 hours. Both were very professional and explained the type of glass used for replacement (laminated and not tempered, just like the original windows). Definitely would recommend Martin Glass for your vehicle repair. Also glad I selected them and supported a local company.

Aaron & his wife are wonderfully polite, professional, and perform QUALITY work. We experienced a significant leak after a tree limb blasted through our roof decking and drained gallons of water through our ceiling. Aaron was able to give me a bid with only picture messages. He showed up on-time, finished the job ahead of schedule, and left his work area spotless. Big thanks to A E for a job well done!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We have 2 sheds from there. Usually we are on time with payment.. This month however we asked to get an extension of 2 weeks. At least for the bigger shed. We have had covid and hospitalizations and other emergencies come up. The sheds are very important to us because we have no other place to put our stuff. The company told us that if we waited til after the original due date they would be under repo. They also said that if we were to wait til the 16th like we asked we would have to pay the next month at that time as well. That defeats the purpose. This month is the hardest and we will be back on our feet after the 1st of the new year. This means now this company is causing us to have to lose all our things and while we are sick with covid have to be outside in the cold finding out where to put it all. DO NOT GET ANY SHEDS FROM THE SHED SHAK. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE.

My technicians Ernie and Jonah were AWESOME! Both were very professional, courteous, fast, and a pleasure to have work on my car. They did an excellent job replacing my windshield in a timely manner. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car Highly recommend them!

Aaron is great to work with! He is very professional and does excellent work. He is also very careful about keeping his work space clean. He gives a very accurate quote up front and has always gotten us scheduled for a repair quickly. He has done work on two different spots on our ceiling and I won't ever go to anyone else! Highly recommend.

Aaron was fantastic! We needed a small area of drywall repaired and re-plastered due to a water leak. He was the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He was polite, responsive, and kept his work area immaculately clean. He was also very COVID conscious which I appreciated, masking at all times and letting us know he was fully vaccinated.

We had a family emergency that slowed us down responding to his quote. Once we were ready to schedule, he was able to work us in the next day, starting on a Friday and finishing the following Monday. He kept his work area so clean, and he was very respectful of our home and possessions.

My husband was in awe of his workmanship. Aside from the paint color difference, you'd never know the wall had been repaired. It blends perfectly with the original wall.

We would absolutely have Aaron back to complete work in our home!

Dishonest & unethical would be the best way to describe this company. From claims of 2 coats where I plainly see 1. To overcharging me on paint I can get the same paint cheaper with sherwin customer appreciation he would not show me an actual receipt just a cost est. Seems like a crook.

We had a tight timeline and needed plaster repair. Aaron got us scheduled and did a superb job. All our friends marvel at the matching. Blended perfectly with our 65 year old walls. Great job and thanks again!

Martin Glass replaced the windshield in my 20202 GMC Sierra and did a great job. Their installer and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, did a great job installing the windshield and ensured everything was right and cleaner than it was than when they started. I will absolutely be using them for all of my glass needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and his work. I live in a historic home and needed plaster work done on my second floor ceiling directly over the entry staircase (3 levels high, delicate and ornate). I have dealt with a lot of contractors as an owner of an old home so I am giving this review with a qualified level of experience. 1. He was professional to deal with, prompt to return messages if he couldn't take my call and on time for the bid and the work. This was also done just after the stay at home order was lifted. Aaron and his partner were very conscious of being safe and keeping my family safe based on the risk of Covid 19. 2. His work is perfect. He didn't have to replaster the entire second floor ceiling but what was not damaged had a slight texture. He blended his work perfectly with the existing work. You CANNOT tell where he started and finished. The work required different levels of scaffolding in the stairwell and hallway. He was careful not to nick or damage walls, banisters, or woodwork. 4. He worked clean. Imagine the mess with tearing out plaster on a ceiling over a flight of stairs. When he left, other than the ceiling being fixed, there was absolutely no indication that he was ever there - no dust, no plaster pieces, no stains, no mess at all. I didn't have to vacuum or clean up anything. 5. The cost was extremely reasonable and within the amount of his bid. The work wasn't cheap but he doesn't do cheap work - worth every penny! I wasn't looking for a bargain, I was looking for good work at a fair price and couldn't be happier. If you need plaster work done, I believe there isn't anyone better.

My window busted while traveling. They were able to help me within 2 days of getting home. Even better, they came back 2 days after the replacement to check out an issue caused by the broken glass (I found it after they left from replacing the window). Couldnt fix it that day but ordered a new part and came back AGAIN to install the new part for me!

Definitely a company that cares about their customers.

Just left from Belleville IL location. What a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Martin for any glass needs you may have. Had the windshield replaced in my 2015 F-150. Fast professional and very helpful. Everyone I spoke with was great, excellent customer service. The reviews I read were the deciding factor going to Martin over Safelite.
I will continue to be a customer of theirs from here forward. I really can not say enough about the employees and the company. Thank you Martin Glass.

I've had my car for only 3 months and got a cracked windshield! Because my car is new and has all the bells and whistles, Martin glass had to special order a windshield. Jordan kept me posted the whole time and they were able to get me schedule quickly. They also had a rental car for my convenience which really came in handy. They were also able to reprogram all my sensors, which I was quoted by another windshield repair that it would be an additional $800 at the dealership. I highly recommend Martin glass.
