These guys are thorough and do a good job. I always felt like I got my money's worth.
Recently, I've had a tough time getting someone out. There's sometimes a wait, which is fine. But this last time I called, I was told I'd get a call back in a week to schedule. Never got the call. I called after two weeks to start over. I got a lady who wanted to transfer me to someone else's voice mail. Ok, unimpressed, but fine. Then I get someone who tells me it'll be two weeks. I tell him that no one called me back the last time two weeks ago. He apologizes, but there's nothing else to be done.
I have to go with someone else. I hope Glaenzer can get their office problems sorted out. I was a customer for years.

Wonderful customer service experience. Nathan the tech that they sent out did a phenomenal job. The lady in the office Laura doing the scheduling was super pleasant to work with. Great workmanship speedy service. Extremely thrilled. They got our house ready to sell and code compliant and took away the worries. I heartily recommend this family owned local business for your electrical needs. As long as you have them I will vouch for their service and they’re great. They even fit us in in a very difficult tight schedule window and we are exceedingly pleasant about it

We installed a new dishwasher and were having trouble with the power. They were able to squeeze in a tech to come out and take a look. Luckily it was an easy fix that we missed on our end. Karen was so nice on the phone, I will definitely be calling back for more services in the future!

They have done multiple jobs for me, and every time leave me completely satisfied. They may be a little high, but are totally worth the cost. If you want quality work done, go with Glaenzer, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.
