I’ve hired A-age twice! The first time they rescued me from an inept company that practically ruined my new kitchen! They corrected everything! The second time, a limb fell on the wire that connected our home to the electricity. They were there as soon as it was daylight repairing everything that pulled away from the house! Another rescue!!! Thank you guys!!!

This company never even called me to set up a time. The first man I talked to said it would take a while to get me in but I assured him it didn't matter it was a small job. He was busy and said his office assistant would call me. Then his assistant called me and just took my name and my problem (fixing a light switch and installing a plug for a stove) she said that he would call me to schedule a time and it's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. They clearly don't want any business so I'd look elsewhere. I'm moving on to find another company and you should too.

Clint was great! He was so efficient at putting in electric on our fireplace and mounting our TV.
A Age electric pricing was reasonable as well and were able to work with us on scheduling!

I had A AGE electric upgrade my old fuse panel to a breaker panel.
They also upgraded my meter base and weather head service. They took care of contacting Ameren and the inspection .
I could not be more pleased with the work that Clint did and his professionalism . The quality of work was fantastic , everything looks great.

I have used A Age Electric twice now. The first time, the were on time, professional, responsible and we had no issues. That was about two years ago and that experience is the sole reason I am not leaving a 0 star review. I had an appointment today at 7AM and they didn't show up, didn't call, nothing. I received 0 word from them.

I reached out and asked them why and they said they had called the day before to verify the appointment and since I did not call back that night that they cancelled the appointment. I checked m phone records and they called me at 3pm the day before the appointment and I had a remembrance ceremony over an hour away to go to so I did not get to look at my missed calls until AFTER the 7am appointment time slot. Quite honestly, with that level of professionalism and courtesy for their clients I am not sure I would ever use A Age Electric again.

I am pleased with the service provided by A AGE electric. Clint was very professional and included me on all decisions. He was reliable and did the work efficiently. He hung up outdoor and indoor lights including switching out recessed lighting in 18 ft ceilings and a large foyer entry chandelier. Josh was very easy to work with and I will be using this company for my future electrical needs.

I've used A-Age twice, and I'm very pleased with their work. The first time was a replacement of our circuit breaker box. The most recent was an installation of a 30amp circuit outside of our garage for our camper. Clint did the work, and he's awesome. I had competitive bids for both projects, and A-Age was cheaper. Very professional, very friendly - highly recommend.

They came out and ran power to our water heater for our new house after the company that put the water heater in told us they couldn't add the circuit to the box or run the power too it. They came in and had it done in an hour! There owner and technician were amazing and the work is perfect! Thank you so much the cold showers were no fun 10 out of 10 definitely will be recommending them to everyone and calling them for any other electrical things we need done.

We just had them out a second time to fix a new issue and all I have to say is still 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Midwest Solar Solutions is taking over the maintenance of my system from another installer. They needed to change out a couple of microinverters. Corey and Patrick showed up before the scheduled time, were polite and professional, and installed the micros that were sent to me from the manufacturer. As well, they needed to register the new equipment with Enphase so that my energy production would be recognized by the server.

Best possible experience from start to finish. Always on time, sticked to the schedule, very professional and communicative. Great quality of work. You can tell these guys really know their stuff and care about their craftsmanship.

When we decided to look into solar for our home, Midwest Solar was the first company we contacted. Our intentions were to talk to a few more, but after meeting Cory and having him educate us on all things solar without trying to sell us on anything we knew this is who we wanted doing our project. This company is so professional and kept us informed of everything throughout the process. Julia at their office is wonderful as well, and the guys who did the panel installation were awesome. I can't say if solar is right for you, but if you're thinking about it, start with Midwest Solar Solutions.

Where can I even start how outstanding Midwest Solar Solutions has been to our family? I was so hesitant to make the jump to go solar. We aren't on hard times, but with inflation and always watching our budget month to month, I kept thinking this could make us or break us. However, from the time I met Joe, he had a calming sense about him. And he knew his stuff. It wasn't like dealing with an ordinary salesman. I felt more like he was a guy who was telling me how he was going to save me $$$ and he had the knowledge to back it up. Come the first day of install, I met his team. And what a great group of guys. These guys are at the top of their game. Craftsmen of the trade if you will. I was probably like the annoying little brother the whole time. I have done a few wiring jobs on houses myself so I was right there most of the time asking questions and I even learned a bit about their families and such. If I was 20 years younger, I would honestly be trying to join their crew. I opted to get an add on where if power went out, I could plug in a generator to my house to power 6 circuits. For the price, it was a no brainer for my household. The other thing I would like to note is that our house isn't very efficient when it comes to A/C. But I said from the beginning the solar panels on the roof are going to add shade, helping us cool the house. Our A/C runs a lot during the summer months. Winter isn't bad because we burn wood. Joe downplayed it a bit saying something along the lines that it won't help that much. We disagree already. I know we aren't in the hottest part of the summer yet, but we can already tell a difference in how much cooler it is in our house and in the fact that our A/C isn't running as much as it used to during this time of year. Next step is insulated siding, but that's down the road a little. There was one hiccup at the end where 3 solar panels weren't pulling any sun in, but they were quick to fix it. I give these guys 5 stars all day and I will be bragging about this for probably the rest of my life.

Midwest Solar Solutions did a great job with my solar project. I had so many questions and they did a great job making sure I understood everything. I received several updates throughout the process and it was definitely worth the wait. The install team was polite and professional, you couldn't even tell they were here. 3. At the end of this experience and the inspections have all been complete. Joe Bowler came back as he said he would, to walked my husband through the process through an app that tells you how we're producing energy from our panels. To date from the first day we were officially up and running we had no issues, From start to finish, this business and employees made this whole process safe and smooth. (no skips, no missteps!) 5 stars! We cannot thank you all enough for the experience!

We couldn't be more pleased with our overall experience with MW Solar Solutions.  From start to finish, they were the best contractor experience we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.  During the planning phase, any question we had was promptly responded to and clear enough for a novice solar customer to understand.  They truly had our best interests in mind and maintained an unwavering level of professionalism.
Before going under contract, we had also shopped around extensively (6-7 quotes).  There are a wide variety or choices out there, but we liked having the peace of mind knowing MW Solar Solutions is local and will be around in the future should we have a problem.  Many of the other choices might not be around in a few years when incentives aren't as strong.
The incentives in IL (combined with Federal) are literally the best in the U.S, at this time.  The sooner you act the better, and you will not be disappointed with MW Solar Solutions!
