Ghosted. Got an email 2 weeks after request. No call. Job was already done. Apparently, no interest when contacted.

I had a great experience with this windshield repair company! Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they offered plenty of available options that worked perfectly with my schedule. The repair itself was quick and super convenient. Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free highly recommend! (Belleville Location).

Had to have our 2021 Mazda CX-5 driver and front passenger door windows replaced. Contacted Safelite who quoted a cost of $1,200, and would have to drop-off vehicle. Contacted Martin Glass and was quoted $700 for both windows, and they would come to my residence.
Matt and Robert arrived at the appointed time and completed the job in about 2 hours. Both were very professional and explained the type of glass used for replacement (laminated and not tempered, just like the original windows). Definitely would recommend Martin Glass for your vehicle repair. Also glad I selected them and supported a local company.

My technicians Ernie and Jonah were AWESOME! Both were very professional, courteous, fast, and a pleasure to have work on my car. They did an excellent job replacing my windshield in a timely manner. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car Highly recommend them!

Martin Glass replaced the windshield in my 20202 GMC Sierra and did a great job. Their installer and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, did a great job installing the windshield and ensured everything was right and cleaner than it was than when they started. I will absolutely be using them for all of my glass needs.

My window busted while traveling. They were able to help me within 2 days of getting home. Even better, they came back 2 days after the replacement to check out an issue caused by the broken glass (I found it after they left from replacing the window). Couldnt fix it that day but ordered a new part and came back AGAIN to install the new part for me!

Just left from Belleville IL location. What a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Martin for any glass needs you may have. Had the windshield replaced in my 2015 F-150. Fast professional and very helpful. Everyone I spoke with was great, excellent customer service. The reviews I read were the deciding factor going to Martin over Safelite.
I will continue to be a customer of theirs from here forward. I really can not say enough about the employees and the company. Thank you Martin Glass.

I've had my car for only 3 months and got a cracked windshield! Because my car is new and has all the bells and whistles, Martin glass had to special order a windshield. Jordan kept me posted the whole time and they were able to get me schedule quickly. They also had a rental car for my convenience which really came in handy. They were also able to reprogram all my sensors, which I was quoted by another windshield repair that it would be an additional $800 at the dealership. I highly recommend Martin glass.

Awesome. They came to my work to fix a small windshield trip on the car I bought a month ago. I did not know it had already been replaced. They did not charge me for the service and even tried to re-fill in some of the cracks. I offered to pay them half since they sent their technician out. The whole experience was very seamless and the people treated me the right way. A true ***** in every way!

Martin Glass replaced a huge picture window for me. They do meticulous work and are very precise with their work!

While I was pleased that they were able to come replace my windshield at my place of employment, and they did a good job, the workers also left my car unlocked and the driver-side window rolled down, which I didn't discover until the end of the day. So my car sat totally vulnerable to thieves for hours. Thank goodness nothing appeared to have been stolen. I definitely won't be using Martin Glass again.

Worst windshield repair EVER! Do not take your car there if it has any kind of sensor in the windshield as they do not know what they are doing. Had a few dings in the windshield of my BMW and thought I would get it replaced at Martin. Big mistake. Went to pick it up and the headlight sensor no longer worked. Called and they basically said they did nothing wrong, but offered to replace. Took it back and got a new windshield (supposedly) and sensors still not working. I am afraid to have them touch my car now, so I am DONE with MARTiN GLASS. Consumers BEWARE of their lack of professionalism and knowledge when it comes to windshields.

Martin Glass is great. We had to get our truck windshield replaced. I called Martin Glass and they were able to come out the very next morning. They asked if the glass had tint at the top of the window. I replied "no." When they arrived they found out that it did in fact have tint at the top. They had brought the wrong window because of the information I gave them. I live about 40 minutes from the Martin Glass in Belleville. They said it was no problem and they had another driver meet them half way to deliver the correct window. They were very nice about it, even though it was my mistake. They performed the work quickly and it looks great.
