David did a PHENOMENAL job on our carpet. We haven't cleaned them in many years. He came in today, cleaned and they look like new. Very, incredibly happy and will be calling again for other rooms and furniture to be done.

Our house is cooling off much easier and our air is cleaner! We just had our floors sanded and refinished so our vents were quite full. Mr. Shaw was very professional, quick, and efficient!

I hired Fresh & Green Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning to clean out of dryer vent and air duct, and I had an excellent experience with this company. Fresh & Green sent their representative, Dave, to perform this work and he was as professional, knowledgeable, and personable as could be. He answered all of my questions and was upfront about the scope of work he'd be performing as well as why it was necessary. The best part about working with Fresh & Green was the fact that there were no hidden fees, costs, expenses, or any of that other costly rug-pull nonsense. The people at Fresh & Green are simply good honest professionals, and I will definitely be using their services going forward.

My carpet looks brand new! I absolutely love it. This is my second time using this company. The first was for duct cleaning, I was trying to help with mine and my kids allergies. FYI it helped a lot. I didn't have high hopes because my carpet had gotten a lot of traffic in the past three four years without cleaning but I was truly amazed. The carpet looks brand new especially the stairs, which my kids use as a playground. I will definitely use them again, matter of fact I am using them again next week for my tile and grout. I can't wait to see the transformation.
Also the customer service is top notch. David communicated with me every step of the way and was very accommodating.

He deep cleaned pretty rough carpeting, including a stairway, that really needed some love. They turned out excellently. The women are thorough with areas I find difficult to clean at my age. I am always grateful for their work.

Don't expect good communication! They might be great at cleaning, but I wouldn't know because she never showed up to give me an estimate. She is awful at replying to messages to try and reschedule so I gave up. I always give a second chance because things happen, but I'm not going to bother with a third. Very unprofessional.

Fast, efficient, and got the job done. From the moment I reached out for a quote, to when they finished the job everything was pleasant. Fast response time and had no issue working with my schedule to come by the home to give an estimate. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
