FSC is amazing! They always make sure we are happy and satisfied with our cleaning. We used they for a move out cleaning and they did such a good job we continued to use them are our new home. Their cleaning is amazing and their staff is even better!

Randomly cancels service for no reason after we asked questions regarding the contract and makes us pay cancellation fee.

We have been with Fresh Start since before they were Fresh Start, and it’s because we trust the owner’s so much with our home. After multiple experiences of disappointment with other companies (damage to property, unreliable schedule, insane price hikes for standard services, etc.) we found FSC and we are so glad we did.

In fact, we’ve hired them beyond just residential and have used them both commercially (cleaning an investment property before sale) and institutionally (cleaning for our own employers on large projects.

Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I used this company for years before retiring and moving to NC. It was always nice to come home to a clean house with shiny faucets and appliances, too. I worked M-F , and they afforded me the pleasure of spending my weekends with my grands instead of cleaning. They were always flexible with my schedule, too, if I had company coming. Highly recommend!

We hired Fresh Start to deep clean a house that we are selling. It was previously a rental and the tenant did an okay job cleaning once they moved out. Getting ready for the big move, and the new occupants arrival, was very stressful… Fresh Start was completely transparent about the cost- they’ll go through with you line by line what they can do to fit it in your budget and meet your expectations. They’re also very flexible- we didn’t finish packing in time, and they were kind enough to clean around us as we rushed to finish up. They also adjusted, and stayed longer to clean that day (we planned to do some things ourselves, and then flat ran out of time). Highly recommend Fresh Start Cleaning!! We have been clients for many years. The team always does a fantastic job on our house. They are super responsive to schedule changes, provide several days' notice as to the time they will arrive and a text when they are on their way. That is such a convenience for me since I work from home. Overall just a great company to work with!
