We hired AB&C Moving and Delivery to move my parents into a local senior living community. Mike and Adam were prompt and efficient. Every time I tentatively asked if they could do something in particular, they would respond, "That's not a problem at all." The load and unload went off without a hiccup and the total came in below estimate. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and I have already recommended this company to my friends!

Moved my elderly mom on 8/20/25. Fabulous service! Put together all the furniture and bed, even unwrapped a new mattress to put on bed for us. Definitely recommend.

Used AB&C Moving a couple weeks ago to load the UHaul for my out of state move. It was super easy to schedule and Dyson and Peter were prompt and great to work with the day of!

Dyson and Peter from AB & C Moving and Delivery did a fantastic job! They were fast and easy to work with. My project was a bit chaotic, but they were really great with getting everything done that needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again!

Adam and Zack worked quickly, efficiently and were careful with our belongings. We requested a stop to drop off a sofa at our son's and pick up a sofa to junk and that was done with no issues. The price was very fair. We're pleased with the service provided and highly recommend this company.

This move did not go well. We paid to have an additional person to pack remaining items and anything that was packed, which we could find very little of, was thrown into whatever they could fine. No new boxes were supplied or used. Items were damaged, furniture gouged, glassware broken, and items chipped. Items that were moved can't be found. The furniture was not reinstalled correctly and had gouges.
The movers did not treat our property well. For example, they used our resistance training bands to secure a treadmill. Dresser and Chester drawers were moved with clothing and items still in them. This caused items to fall behind the draws. These are just two examples. When they unloaded the truck they asked where we wanted things but after a round or two to the truck they just started putting stuff where ever they wanted. The personnel on site constantly used foul language and even talked about comparing male genitalia.
We contacted the company the following day to try to resolve the issue and their response was; sorry about the language but IL requires them to have 30cent per pound insurance and to send it to the PO box and they will get to it when they get to it.
Company is not Covid friendly, they refused to wear masks. When we asked why, the office personnel said they haven't been wearing them all October so his people were fine.
If you do use this company I highly recommend monitoring and directing the personnel on site as they were will try to do the minimum required to accrue the billable hours.

Aaron accommodated me on short notice and kept me informed through out the day, when movers would arrive and they also made a call to say they were on their way! Dyson and Adam were amazing! they worked quickly, efficiently, and smart, and everything got packed in a short amount of time! Would definitely recommend.

This is the third time I’ve used ABC Moving andstorage to move items for me. First two times were very large, full household jobs, this last time was a garage full of stuff across town. In all instances, they have been very prompt to show up completely polite And professional, and werevery skilled at what they do. Any future needs I have will definitely be calling them first.

Guys did a fantastic job. Was a relatively small move but it was all the heavy and difficult stuff. They knocked it out quickly and were super friendly. Thanks guys!

The movers were polite and efficient. However, they damaged a couple pieces of furniture. I sent photos with a polite explanation of what happened and a request for compensation. The boss told me he would take care of compensation. After two months with no word, I contacted the company to check in on the process. I was told that the boss was out for a couple weeks and would get back to me. That was another two months ago. After 4 months of getting ghosted, I cannot recommend this company.

The young men were extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Efficiently wrapped all our items, packed and loaded very quickly. All present were kind, helpful, and efficient. There wasn't anything they couldn't handle. We were so very satisfied with their abilities. We would highly recommend this crew from ABC Moving and Delivery.

Aaron and the crew was very friendly and professional when I originally booked services to take apart my bed and move the parts with my mattress to storage while I was gone. Upon coming home, I requested their services again to move the bed back to my residence and put the bed back together again. This bed/ mattress had not been touched since they moved it. Putting it together, Aaron made no effort to make sure his team understood how to put the bed together. The service men informed me that the original movers, who had since been fired, likely did not save all of the hardware. There were scratches and tears EVERYWHERE on my bedframe and mattress. I was super upset as I had just bought this 6 months prior to having it moved. I called to discuss this with Aaron after he tried to charge me for the 4 hours it took them to figure out they didn’t know what they were doing. He only gave me a $100 discount and has since been dodging my calls. I specifically booked with professionals and agreed to pay the professional prices to ensure no damages occurred to my new furniture. Instead, I was charged almost $500 to move this bed/mattress one town over and it was damaged beyond belief. He did offer to come put it together the next day himself, but I was not going to pay for someone who didn’t know what they were doing in the first place to come offer “repairs”. Especially since they lost half the hardware to begin with. All the anchor spots were stripped and I basically had to rebuild every part of my bed due to their ignorance.

This moving company recently moved me. The main reason I got a moving company was because I have a large refrigerator which they in turn destroyed it and scratched 2 front doors(one down to the metal). The frigates has large scratches on the front and side. They also broke the water line going into the top of the refrigerator so it will no longer dispense water or make ice. Very disappointed.

The move of one LARGE antique wood and glass display case went very well until the end when one of the top glass pieces broke as they were setting in place. I’m not upset about that. Overall I’m very pleased with the service. The 5 men were kind, respectful, and lifted that heavy, awkward piece like it was easy. I’ll use this service again in the future.

AB&C did a wonderful job. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. On the day of, they arrived during the time frame agreed upon. Zach and Dyson were our movers. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and careful. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
