We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SSE HAULING! Fast, professional and they do very good work. There are two main things that really set them apart, the amount of professional work they do at more than 1/2 the price of others and their customer service is off the charts. The first time I messaged them on a Sunday morning, they replied immediately and since then every time we call or message they still reply immediately. We highly recommend them and will use their services again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SSE Hauling did an amazing job helping me clear out junk from my home on very short notice. The tornadoes earlier this year had blown my 400+ pound gazebo onto the roof of my house. I kept getting stood up by other hauling companies and someone on facebook referred me to SSE. Will the owner came out the next day and got it down and hauled it away. Left yard cleaner than it was before he came. All at a great price.

They came out to my property in Collinsville il. I had my a/c unit serviced. They were quick, professional, and got my issue resolved.

My AC went out right as the weather started to get warm enough to use it. After going through and reading reviews on different HVAC companies, ACE Service Experts seemed to be the most reputable.
I called ACE and Andre was so kind and understanding of my situation. He had a tech out tol my house literally within an hour and a half. As it turned out the compressor was bad and the AC unit was completely outdated. It was time for an upgrade. Andre made the whole process as easy as possible, offering financing options and my new AC was installed the next day. I was amazed at how fast everything got done with no issues at all.
I'm so glad I called ACE! I'm also a Home Care Club member which, will save me money in the future. The whole team is wonderful. I highly recommend ACE Service Experts. Fast, reliable, affordable! Thanks guys!!!!

Quick and easy to buy and setup delivery of my stove. Delivery the next day.

We came in and was looking for a stove and fridge. The fridge went out in a couple of weeks. We took it back and tried to get the money back. On the receipt that we were handed didn’t have anything on it stating no refunds and that we would not be able to get our money back. The receipt in fact does not have anything on it but the price we paid. The women that works there is one of the rudest we have encountered. She should really work on her customer service skills. I don’t care if everyday is bad for her there is no reason to take it out on people. I will never come to this store again! We were just trying to support a small business.

I've had issues with my washer pretty much the moment I started using it. There is a 6 month warranty but it's hell getting a hold of these people and takes days for someone to come out and try and fix the issue. I have yet another issue with the washer. Left a message earlier in the week with no call back and now waited on hold for 15 minutes with no response and now when I call it goes straight to voicemail

These people are great. I've never been to the store in person, didn't need to. I called and told then what I wanted and that we we're unable to drive. The first time I bought a fridge and paid in advance over the phone. They brought the fridge out on time and it worked(s) great. Two months later I bought a washer/dryer combo and they brought it out and let me pay cash on delivery and we couldn't be happier. I don't usually bother with reviews but they deserve it. Thanks

Delivery went great. The guys that delivered the appliances were very polite, prompt, helpful and respectful. The appliances were in great shape. Overall great experience.

I've got a few washers and dryers from them and they are always reasonably priced, The 6 month warranty is great for a used item they are quick and efficient when they have someone come out to service it within the 6 months. I've had an issue once on both dryers and they fixed it within a few days.

You all have great customer service. The delivery people were very friendly and nice. I have done business with you all for many years. I've never had any problems. Keep up the good work on taking care of your customers. That's why I keep coming back!!!

From the owner to the delivery fellows, everything went great! The price was the most reasonable I found after calling five or six stores. Promises for the used gas range I purchased were kept: missing oven rack was replaced and touch ups to exterior were done and there is a six month warranty. The two fellows who delivered and installed worked hard to get it past a narrow turn with low clearance and down three or four steps to the kitchen. An excellent experience and my aunt and uncle are very happy with their range! Thank you, Midwest Appliance! Happy to refer anyone in the market for a new or used appliance to you!

Absolutely terrible experience — zero stars.
We requested service to fix our oven, and not only did they arrive late, but they didn’t fix a thing. Now we’re trying to have the stove replaced, and once again — no-show.

I called to ask for an ETA and simply said that if they’re going to be late, they should have the courtesy to let people know. I have a job to get to. The supposed owner, Dale, responded by saying, “You’re not my employer,” and then hung up on me.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and flat-out disrespectful.
Trash service. Trash company. Trash attitude from the top down.
