Called the business as I had a problem with sump pump. After speaking with the owner he determined that ejector hose frozen and this solved the issue. A competitor said I needed a new pump without considering if the hose was frozen. Highly recommend this business.

After noticing my water heater was leaking I called Karl Meyer. His employee Alex was here within an hour, replaced the water heater promptly and solved

Your Company was contracted through our condo mgmt board. We had our bathrooms looked at through our condo assoc while trying to determine any leaks to a unit below us. There were two very polite and business-minded great work ethic guys who worked through identifying any problems. We have not had problems with leaks at all so we were surprised with any issue. The gentlemen were a tall guy over 6" then a man about my height 5'8". We would like to let the Owner know they were the most courteous hard working we have known. I believe they mentioned their name but if you check your records, it was with the Piers II Condos on 83St in Woodridge. This was during Pandemic and one time after of which several tests of running water 15.- 20 minutes were done on all faucets. No leaks were found with us. We later found there was a unit with a broken HW heater and it may have been the cause! We would like for the Owner to know his worker's were very professional and hard-working even if we were glad of no leaks. Would you please let us know you rec'd this and we will keep your Company in mind and I have always liked to write how company's do their business. You are a great company, hard-working and courteous! Please let the guys know we appreciated their dedicated hard work!

Karl and his team promptly came through in the crisis of lack of hot water with our only 7 year old water heater needing replacement. In these times water heaters are difficult to come by due to the post-pandemic era from lack of parts. He answered the phone when contacted, had a water heater in stock, and we were able to schedule the appointment for the following day. Alex and Oscio (sp?), the installers, were very professional and the task was accomplished in less than two hours.

Karl and his crew were awesome. They fixed one toilet in my house and determined that another that I thought was clogged actually needed to be replaced. He had me go buy a new one immediately and then sent someone back to my house right away to install it. He even stopped by to check on the job. Plus they were all just really nice guys. I'm really pleased with the work they did and will definitely use them again.
