I want to say that I am very thankful to Salas Construction. Our house was hit by a car that completely destroyed the front flower bed and front stairs. they came out and communicated quickly and efficiently, and rebuilt the front of our house much more beautiful that it originally was. They also provided excellent customer service throughout the entire project. We are very happy would the final project and plan on using them again in future upcoming project, and would recommend them to all my friends and family. Keep up the excellent work.

Master Bathroom Re-model with Bonus Walk-in Closet.
My Wife and I contacted Home Source Builders (HSB) to complete a master bath project. HSB came with excellent fresh ideas on enlarging our space and coverting to a walk-in closet. After seeing the detailed CAD drawings we knew we had the right contractor who immediate captured our vision. Sonny's work and attention to detail is both impressive and impeccable. His workmanship quality is phenomenal and is true to his craft. As we all know with projects, there are unexpected bumps along the way but HSB handled them all with extreme professionalism and expertise. Not only do we have the bathroom we always wanted but my wife also has an amazing walk-in closet that is both practical and functional thanks to HomeSource Builders & Remodlers.

Home Source Builders and Remodelers remodeled our garage, our laundry room, two closets in our house, and installed a cat door in our bedroom going to above our staircase.

Garage remodeling included: all new electrical work (extra outlets/ extra circuits added to the garage), all new insulation, drywall install/ mudding, all new paint (2 coats, walls and ceiling), all new lighting, two industrial sized heating units on dedicated circuits, metal 6” plating going around the entire garage, and a new insulated garage door.

Laundry room remodel - when our laundry room flooded because our old hot water heater blew up they replaced the hot water heater, installed new washer dryer, redid the ductwork and plumbing behind the washer and dryer so that they took up less room and created more floor space, new tile floor, added a custom transition piece between upstairs floating flooring and new laundry room tile floor, removed/ reinstalled old fixtures for storage, painted walls and ceiling (getting behind the furnace).

Closet upgrade: after our old closet collapsed, falling on me, and nearly falling on one of our pets I wanted a closet that could support a ton of weight in a very small space. They installed a custom closet set up which could support a ton of weight without sacrificing appearance.

Cat door: framed and added a mini a cat door with mini handle and mini lock for feline companion’s above our staircase, leading into our master bedroom.

All of the work that we’ve had them out to do so far it’s been exceptional. My husband and I continue to recommend them to our friends and family who will be using them in the future. We are currently saving up for a large scale kitchen remodel and will be using Home Source Builders and Remodelers for our future projects.

Sonny and his team completely transformed our kitchen - new tile, cabinets, countertops, sink, ventilation, and appliances installed. Sonny listened to what we wanted to change (out with the blue tile and short cabinets that collected dust and grease on top) and came back to us with a design that we loved. We have been enjoying our kitchen way more since the remodel!

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work of Sonny and his crew. They took time to get to know exactly what we wanted and made several quality suggestions along the way. Sonny and his crew were professional, always on time and respectful of our home. We had a bathroom added and a closet built over some dead space. Though there were a few snafus as can be expected with any home improvement project, the workmanship of his subcontractors was high quality and any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sonny and his crew take pride in doing excellent work. They take their time and do it right, not to mention. Sonny and his crew are hardworking and conscientious, and I would highly recommend this company for any household project.

The people in the store were great. Roz was very helpful. The installers messed up the timing of the installation for the second job in a row. Last time I waited all day until they finally told me they couldn’t do it until the next day. This time they gave me an 8-10 window and didn’t show up until after 2:00pm. I was not happy.
