We had a very tall tree that was posing a danger to our house and neighbors house during recent storms. Within 2 days we got a quote and the team was out to take down the tree in a very professional manner. They expertly removed all the brush and the yard looks great. We are grateful for the great service!

Bottom line up front: I will be using Just For Trees again, and I would recommend them to everyone. They're a local, family-owned business. They didn't give me any run-around, I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and extremely pleased with the service I received for it.

Quoting:
I had a 30-35' pine die in my backyard last year that needed to be removed and replaced. The quoting experience was painless - I scheduled a visit and they showed up on time. After talking through what I'd like done, their rep took some pictures, punched it all into a form, showed me the total price right there, and sent it to me via text. Before getting the price there was no pitch on "why we're a little more expensive" and no questions of "so how much did you buy the house for" like I've gotten from other contractors. I've never had a tree replaced before and again the price was significantly below what I expected.

Approval:
I had a few questions over the next couple days and called them again. At no point was there any pressure to move forward and they didn't try to dangle an expiring discount to get me to move faster. My biggest question was related to what the price increase would be to go with a a bigger replacement tree. After explaining what I was looking for (a 12' replacement tree) they were happy to call the nursery and secure a 12' Norway Spruce within my budget. Communication was prompt and polite. Their original projection was 2 weeks from approval, and all work was completed within those 2 weeks.

Work:
Just For Trees took care of all prepwork - They got the permits and scheduled the utility marking without any action from me. When the day came their crew showed up on time, touched base, and stated removing parts of my fence and retaining wall so their equipment would fit. Taking down the old tree was surprisingly fast and went without issue; no branches came down where they shouldn't and nothing was damaged. They put down plywood to protect my lawn from the heavier equipment, and ground out the old stump before asking me to come out and confirm placement of the new tree. They gave me tips on why certain placements would be better long-term but made it clear they would place it wherever I decided. Not only was the tree they brought at least 12' as promised but it was gorgeous: healthy, full, and symmetrical. They crew took their time digging the hole out, unwrapping and getting the new tree ready, and making sure it was straight while back-filling the hole. When it was complete the owner came out to collect payment, give me care instructions, and tell me he'd be back in a day to drop off a special watering bag. It was only when complete that I learned this was the biggest tree they had ever planted. Even though they had only budgeted 4 hours and it took 8, there was no grumbling or negativity - they seemed genuinely happy and proud to see the tree go in the right way. My retaining wall was rebuilt properly and the crew spent time cleaning up the debris and repairing the lawn where one of the machines had gone off the plywood and made a small mark. After the fact I can say I am doubly-impressed with how they did the job right instead of rushing even though it took longer than expected, and triply-impressed that they were classy enough not to mention it while they were still working.

The little things:
They cleaned my entire deck instead of just where the debris from their work fell, they put everything back exactly how they found it, I brought them a bucket of drinks at one point and I found it by my back door when done without having to ask, they were polite and had positive attitudes, the crewmembers who smoked didn't leave a single cigarette butt on my property.

Cesar and his crew did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything when they were done and explained what they couldn't get to. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

The men did a great job! They were careful about my property and were very efficient. And they cleaned up everything they cut down. If I have further issues with my trees in the future years, I will certainly call them to do the work

Just for trees did an amazing job on cutting down a huge pine tree, I paid for to get cut down because the tree had grew over my fence from my neighbors yard. The team was an hour early, they were quick & cautious, cleaned up everything, Very nice and pleasant.. I have a few projects I need done will definitely be using them..

Eduardo's team trimmed up our backyard Locust tree which can grow wildly if not upkept. They did it safely and thoroughly. They made sure I was happy before they left. Very professional crew and I highly recommend "Just for Trees" for any trimming or pruning you need done in your yard

Could not believe how quickly the team completely transformed my yard.

We've been using Just For Trees for years now. They've cut down 4 of our trees and trimmed the others more than a few times and did an amazing job every time. Effren and Caesar are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I am just about to call them to have them plant some trees which will be a nice change from having trees removed.

Worker was responsible and cleaned up after their work. Our tree got a very nice haircut and looks happy and healthy.

We've used Just for Trees twice now - once for an urgent 'tree about to fall over' matter last year, and just today for trimming up another. Both times, we were impressed both by how efficient and communicative their team has been. The trimming today took a bit from scheduling to work, but the work itself was extremely quick - they were in and out in under an hour to trim down the top of a 25-35 foot tree, and to clean up a lot of branches we had in our yard. The workers went the extra mile and did more trimming for some other dead branches they had noticed, too - very appreciated!

Cesar and his crew were amazing!! He introduced himself and verified the complete job before starting. Then made sure his crew had cleaned up everything when completed. Walked to with me before asking for payment. The whole crew were professional, and responsible.

Leo and his team did an excellent job pruning my arborvitae. They listened to my concerns and gave me information for future pruning. They cleaned the debris on my patio and left it ready for spring. I’d definitely would use them again! Great job!!

Just For Trees, Inc. is a great company to work with. They are efficient, safe, easy to work with and do great tree work including plant health care, pruning and removals. I was very satisfied with the service they provided, trimming our gigantic Pin Oak. It needs to be trimmed when it is cold, and since the leaves hold on long past leaf collection, the trimmers work in pretty chilly conditions. They were thoughtful about what needed to be trimmed for aesthetics and the health of the tree. The price was reasonable. I will continue to have them care for our trees in the future.

All of the crew from Just for Trees were wonderful! They pruned two pin oaks in my backyard to remove dead branches and thin out for aeration. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris even taking the leaves that were at my curb for leaf collection!!😀

That dying birch in our front yard had been bugging me since last fall. Finally called EVG a few weeks ago and they had someone out for a quote within a couple days. Removal went quick, maybe three hours total, and the yard looked clean after.
