The techs were pleasant and professional. Every step including pictures of the vents were explained as well. I appreciated their attention to detail.

Mine was a small job, I just needed the dryer vent cleaned out as I am having a new dryer installed tomorrow. They came, they cleaned, and left everything clean. Just what my little heart desired. My only complaint is the price for a dryer vent to be cleaned, YIKES! A furnace cleaning is less than half this amount.

Ok, five stars for the techs! Chris and Samuel were sent to clean out my very old, very grody ductwork. Samuel was very attentive, worked with focus and intent. He got it done quick and efficient! Christopher was very helpful in explaining the process and tips for better air quality going forward. They were both very personable and friendly (especially Christopher who talked about pets and animals with me. Love that.) All the stars for these two amazing techs!

The process was ok, they really did as best they could with an old system that had never been cleaned. I watched and saw the amount of crud getting knocked off and sucked out. We were breathing that? GROSS.

The company itself leaves a little to be desired. 3 stars. Not sure I'd go with them again. For the price, though ($500+ for 10 vents), i feel like they could have done some sort of interior rust removal, or deodorizing or something to make it feel "worth it".

The guys also had to go through the whole stupid "upsell" of additional expensive products, which is so awkward and no one likes it. Nothing on the techs, they have no choice. But the company could do better to eliminate that part from the whole experience. (Chris was great though, he did the spiel, got it out of the way an then didn't push or prod. Good man.)

And at the end, the payment tablet asked for tips. It's obvious these tips aren't going to the employees, since they aren't being paid below minimum wage - so why should customers voluntarily pay another fee to the company? It's so greedy. I will remember that and consider it carefully next time.

Had my cream colored sectional cleaned & deodorized. Made a huge difference! Nicholas was on time, professional and explained everything thoroughly. I’m very happy with the results.

Jeremiah was wonderful! Prompt, friendly, and worked quickly! Explained what he was doing and kept me updated on his progress. Even asked us to check and make sure the spigot wasn’t leaking in the basement since we hadn’t used it yet in our new home. He’s fantastic!

When I made the appt, I looked for a way to add the throw pillows onto my quote, so I had no idea on cost, or if they could be done. I asked him when he arrived and he said yes, and it was $9/pillow. They needed to be done, so I agreed to it, but I thought it was a little steep and would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Monico from Stanley Steemer did a phenomenal job cleaning the polished porcelain tile floors in our basement. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Completed the job very quickly and was respectful of our home and property.

Giovanni was absolutely fabulous! From the moment he arrived, he greeted me with a handshake and got right to work inspecting the areas that needed attention. Throughout the entire process, he took his time, was thorough, and exceeded my expectations. Before leaving, he invited me to review his work, ensuring everything was done to satisfaction. He even went the extra mile by cleaning up and mopping the front entrance where there were wet spots. Outstanding professionalism and attention to detail!

I highly recommend Giovanni. Will hire him again.

We had a wonderful experience today with Stanley Steemer-specifically with Bilal the technician! Bilal was thorough, professional, answered all of our question's, and took the time to show us each room after he completed them so we could see the difference! Our carpets look brand new and this was definitely worth every penny! Thank you so much Bilal, for the fantastic service you provided for us and our family!

Our technicians were respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned all of our vents within an hour and NO MESS was left for me! I would definitely use Stanley Steamer again and recommend them for any of their many services.

Anthony is very professional and informative and did an amazing job on 5 rooms in my house. The carpet looks so clean and the service was excellent. His friendliness and willingness to explain the process in detail and what I can and can’t expect was very honest and helpful. The tiles he steamed look almost like brand new. Literally as he was cleaning them you can see the transformation from dirty to clean and it was so cool to see the reemerging of the clean tiles. I would highly recommend Stanley Steamers and if you have tiles/grout that need cleaning you won’t believe what a difference it can make. The carpet looks so good and smells so fresh, I’m sorry I waited this long to schedule their services.

So happy we called Stanley Steamer. The guys were very nice & courteous. Didn't feel weird having them in my home. They were very careful with the furniture when moving it to get to the registers & returns. Wore covers on their shoes. Definitely money well spent!

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer, but I was not really happy with the results. I filled out the survey that they sent afterwards ...they got back to me right away to tell me that they will send someone back to re-do the cleaning. They sent Felton and he was amazing! He went way and beyond to do a fabulous job on the carpet. There is no water hook up on my building so Felton took it upon himself to search out a water hook up on the building next to my building and he found one! He is a very hard worker and a problem solver! I appreciate him very much! Thank you so much!

Felton is fantastic. Superb service, friendly and professional. We will request him every time we book with Stanley Steemer, and would recommend him to other customers as well. We have pets and kids, and Felton brought our carpets back to life.

Ellazar and Kjvion came out to do a duct cleaning service. Communication was great. They kept us informed of the process, were very thorough, professional, and did not rush. Very happy with the service and would definitely use their services again.

James and Andrew did an amazing job. Very informative about the process and professional throughout. The improvement of air quality has already been noticed for my in-laws house.

I really appreciate that they came out to my to provide me with a free estimate. This is huge because they need to see what the job entails before the crew arrives.

I honestly believe it was a great, fair price because cleaning my air ducts is a unique situation. Worth every dollar.
