Exceptional Service from Bilal and Marcus!
We had our rugs, tiles, and floors cleaned by Bilal and Marcus from Stanley Steemer in Bolingbrook, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and left our home looking and feeling brand new. The difference in our tile grout and carpets is incredible — fresh, spotless, and like new again!

Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for true quality and professionalism. Bilal and Marcus represent Stanley Steemer at its best.

Monaco was polite and on time. He did a great job on the stairs and the remaining carpeted rooms. He kept me updated as he completed the job and made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. Highly recommend Monaco and Stanley Steemer!

I've used Stanley Steemer many times in the past and was very pleased with the results each time. I love their website, the ease of scheduling, and the tracking of the representative when they are on their way.

The representative arrived at 2:30pm and was gone by 2:50pm. He was to clean two bedrooms (12'x12') and I showed him a couple of surface stains to try to resolve. The rooms where completely empty, so he had ample time to work. I understand they are not magicians, but the carpet in both rooms looked exactly the same as before.

I really don't know what I paid for, except for wet carpets that took 4 hours to dry. Or maybe it was $161 for just deodorizer? Will look elsewhere next time.

I have been a loyal Stanley Steemer customer for the past two years since moving to Naperville. During that time, your team has cleaned my carpets and my couch multiple times without issue.

As I am preparing to move, I scheduled a final couch cleaning. When the technician, Bilal, arrived, he immediately expressed concerns about the couch material and stated that it could not tolerate certain products. He told me that either special products would need to be used, which would cost me more, or I would be required to sign a waiver and would not be responsible for the damage the other cleaning products would cause. This was surprising and concerning, as no previous technician had ever raised this issue or required a waiver for the same couch.

When I asked why this had never been mentioned before, I did not receive a clear or reassuring explanation. I was told that if I did not sign the waiver, the service could not be performed.

Because I was uncomfortable with this sudden change, I contacted a manager for clarification. Unfortunately, that interaction further increased my discomfort. The manager stated that he had no way to look up what products or techniques had been used during my previous services and asked me if I knew what had been done in the past. As a customer, I found this unreasonable and concerning. I would expect the company to have records of prior services rather than placing that responsibility on the customer.

At that point, I no longer felt confident or comfortable proceeding with the service and asked the technician to leave. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.

This experience was disappointing, especially given my history as a repeat customer. The lack of consistency, documentation, and clear communication made the situation feel unprofessional and uncomfortable.

These guys are the best! Darion and Isiah explained everything in detail, were super nice , professional and they were able to add on our dryer vent cleaning as well that we hadnt scheduled originally. Great service all around

Isiah as lead man was a true professional. His knowledge and expertise in cleaning our home’s ductwork was outstanding. I have had the pleasure to work with Bilal, Anthony and Felton on 2 separate occasions. They are all knowledgeable and very professional. Always taking the time to explain the process of getting cat urine out of the carpet. It was such a waste of time trying to get other companies out here to do the job. Others are more expensive and hard to schedule. Stanley Steamer’s price is very reasonable and they scheduled me that same week. Marquis did a great job for me. He worked hard to get the carpet clean and deodorized. He had a couple obstacles and he handled them with patience and calmness. Marquis was professional and pleasant. The price I paid was what I expected when I scheduled SS. I will use them again.

First-Time Stanley Steemer Experience

This was my first time using Stanley Steemer, and the entire process was fantastic from start to finish. The online scheduling system was extremely easy to navigate, and the text and email reminders were very helpful leading up to my appointment.

Jeremiah, our technician, was wonderful—on time, professional, and very thorough in explaining each service. He walked me through the pricing and even gave helpful recommendations for future cleanings. With two cats and a child, our carpets had definitely seen better days. We’d been struggling with lingering pet odors from a few accidents, and nothing I tried seemed to work.

Jeremiah was able to fully clean, deodorize, and protect our carpet fibers, and the difference is amazing. The smell is gone, everything looks refreshed, and I’m excited to enjoy the cleanliness once everything finishes drying.

I love Stanley Steemer! We have 2 dogs and they made our carpet fresh and clean as new. We also had them deep clean our bathroom tile and seal it! Will continue to use them everytime we need a deep clean!

Bilal did a fantastic job with cleaning our carpet in our family room and one of our bedrooms. We had silly putty and paint spills that stained our carpet and he worked his magic and got the stains out and he also recommended a deodorizer and protection for our carpets to protect against future stains.
