Service call on a Sunday. Brandon was knowledgeable and efficient. We called All Temp for a second opinion after another provider recommended replacing our furnace. Brandon tested all components which seemed to be functioning fine. He then identified the issue as blockage in the duct. He cleared the duct and now the furnace is back in business.

Carlos B. did a very thorough job in servicing both houses on Main St in Skokie.He has great personality , honest, dependable and I trust his judgement and advice. Will not ask for any service tech except Carlos. He deserves a good bonus for the holidays. Take care of your good technician.

Armando (technician) was prompt, thorough, cordial and persistent in resolving our issue. This is an issue that had yet to be resolved on 2 previous visits by other All-temp technicians. Great persistence! Terrific, timely service!

We've been loyal All Temp customers for over 20 years, and it's people like Carlos who keep us going back. Carlos was super nice and very professional. He took time to explain the work that was done, and he showed us a couple things about our system that we didn't know.

Time for our spring check. It almost feels like old home week, Carlos came out again today. Great service, the reason I choose AllTemp for every service. Carlos even remembered that the last time he came out, our dog had been injured, and asked how he was doing. that personal touch makes all the difference in the world. As always I can’t say enough good things about Carlos and AllTemp!

Carlos was awesome.
He not only performed the work we needed but answered all our questions.
He advised on our Nest thermostat as well as recommended settings to best keep our house warm through the coming months.

Our 3 year old furnace has stopped working for the last 2 years when the temps get into the single digits. We ultimately get it restarted, but was concerned that it would continue which wasn’t acceptable. It went out last night so I called. Junior came over today and immediately assessed what was wrong and made the proper adjustments. He had a great attitude, and was well versed in the working details of the furnace. We believe he fixed it when none of the other techs could do it. Thanks Junior! All Temp is a good company overall and we’ve been with them for many years.

Carlos took care of our urgent need. He was expeditious and courteous. Very impressed with his level of service.

So our old HVAC guy is no longer with the company, so Carlos is our new guy, he was very nice and courteous. I was very satisfied with his service.

After years of using other companies All Temp has to be the best, I had a simple problem with me heater last week and I called All Temp and they came out the very next day, Carlos the tech was so nice a knowledgeable that he had me fix up in less than an hour. He was also very honest and did not try to upsell me something I did not either. He was very professional and cleaned up very nicely when he was done.

All Temp installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my apartment three years ago and did a good job. Their follow up service and maintenance has been outstanding. Armando, who did the recent winter inspection and maintenance is prompt, professional, friendly, and thoroughly explains what he is doing and why. Recommended.

Junior, an All Temp service technician installed our new thermostat and cleaned/serviced our furnace this morning. Truly the nicest, most professional service person you could imagine. He was knowledgeable and efficient, making this the easiest home maintenance task ever for us.

Our heating unit needed repairing on the holiday weekend and we had no problem getting in contact with someone at All temp.
I want to thank the gentleman "Carlos " for coming to our home and providing us with excellent service he took care of the problem and our house was back to normal.

Brandon did such a great job at fixing our furnace. He arrived within the hour, altough it was and after hours call, and quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Carlos came out for the season inspection. He was friendly and efficient. He found an issue that could have become an issue soon and resolved it, adding advice to help me prevent the same thing from happening again. The price was fair for the time spent. I never feel gouged by All Temps pricing. That's why they've been the company I call for many years now!

AllTemp is top-notch and now my go-to heating/cooling company. I called them when my AC unit was not working during the recent heatwave (my old heating/cooling company did not return my calls for two days and when they finally called they promised me that the would call back to schedule — they didn’t.). That’s when I called AllTemp. AllTemp got me scheduled right away and had a technician (Carlos) out in leas than 24 hours. Carlos was a pro and figured out the problem right away. I now have a fully operational AC unit and am ready for the next heat wave. AllTemp is the only company I will use going forward.

Carlos was terrific and explained the situation with our AC unit very clearly. We discussed options for a new AC and furnace and he followed up with us when he returned up the office.

No heat No fun! This is not one anyone wants in a Chicago winter. My daughter and granddaughter had this occur at 10PM . Wednesday. We called All temp as they opened Thursday and we had Carlos their tech there by early afternoon. The Key is a knowledgeable tech and Carlos quickly found the defective switch. All temp had it sent overnight so Friday around noon Carlos returned and in 15 minutes the furnace came to life. My daughter and granddaughter stayed with us Thursday night and returned to their warm home Friday. Sean the service manger and his excellent tech Carlos get 5 stars for making this happen .
