Had to have a thermostat installed after an electrical outage. Ben M was able to get us set up. Ben was back today to make sure all the cfm’s were set at the correct rates. It is technicians like Ben that make us keep coming back to TR Miller. I highly recommend both TR Miller and Ben M.

Nico E. just finished with our plumbing inspection. He was very thorough, explained everything to me at a high level, so I learned a bit as well. 5 stars easily!

Our experience with Nick M was nothing short of professional. We are new to TR Miller’s membership and had lots of questions after we had an inspection done. Nick was extremely informative, most polite, efficient and very helpful. Upon his return for the repair day, he worked fast and I couldn’t have been more relieved to have him do the work in our home. We had a flue
pipe repaired that posed a safety issue, as well as a furnace concern with the evap coil and an air scrubber installed. He was awesome! Definitely happy to be TR Miller customers when we have technicians like Nick M.

Marvin did a wonderful job of explaining all options regarding my furnace unit. He was very polite and professional.

I had Benjamin out today from TR Miller to do a filter housing replacement for our HVAC humidifier. He was very polite, friendly and professional. A very common theme with TR Miller Techs!

Darrick, Nick, and I believe Julian were amazing! I scheduled plumbing work with Darrick and he was very thorough/efficient/friendly. His work was 10/10 and explained everything he did, what we needed to do, and what to be aware of.
Nick and Julian were scheduled to come see my HVAC. Very nice and thorough. Showed me all the areas that were of concern and gave me a heads up on maintenance.
I am very happy with the work and definitely appreciated their kindness! Their work is worth a raise!! 😀 (Really, TR should give them a raise or a bonus)
If I have any other work to be done, I'll be calling TR Miller again! :)

I had a great experience with Don C. He came out for a plumbing inspection and maintenance and he was very professional and friendly. He checked everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and gave me all the facts about his recommendations without trying to push any of them. For the work I did have him do, he did an outstanding job. I would ask for him for any future service!

Donny C. was the technician that came out to assess our yearly plumbing assessment. This was the first year we’ve been a part of the VIP Program, so we were not sure what to expect. Donny was friendly, prompt and informative about any and all tests/recommendations he offered. It didn’t have a “salesman tactic” approach, just genuine feedback. That means a lot to not feel pressured into a decision. Thanks for your help, Donny!

Thomas did a great job and was very informative and knowledgeable about my burnt out furnace. He got the new part installed and did all the testing/inspections on make sure we’ll stay warm this winter.

Benjamin was very thorough with his explanations, gave us time to consider our options and did not pressure a decision. He was respectful and friendly as well.

I had a great experience with Don C. He arrived on time and explained the problem with my tankless water heater in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He communicated every step of the process. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I'm very happy with the work. I highly recommend Don C.

We had our annual plumbing inspection and Howie did a great job. He was able to point out the good, the (not that) bad, and the ugly in our house. He was straight and to the point, which I always appreciate and he made some great suggestions.

The fan in our HVAC was very loud. Jimmy came by today and was able to add a return without any problems. The air flow is better in the house now and the fan isn’t so loud.

The consistent service from TR Miller has earned my business time and time again. Donny C was awesome! He assessed the issue and was able to resolve it quickly.

Carlos, Maria, George completed a full install of a furnace and ac unit for our condo unit. We’ve used TR Miller previously for a replacement water heater. They did a great job explaining the process every step of the way, even made it easier for us to access the filters for replacement in the small space we had to do it previously. Also adding that they left the place and area clean and walked us through the whole setup when complete. Thank you Carlos, Maria, and George for the excellent work!

Our Furnace went out on the Friday night after Thanksgiving and Kevin I came to our home Saturday morning during a snowstorm. He trouble shooted our furnace quickly and professionally and got it running in no time. He explained to us in detail what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. We are very impressed with Kevin I....he is definitely an asset to the company.

Jacob W came out today on very short notice, and did an AMAZING job witha plumbing issue at my home. This guy is the bomb! Knowledgeable, cordial, and considerate on top of doing a great job.
Once again, I am a completely satisfied customer.....I have been their customer since 1996, when it was Tamarack....there's a reason I've been with them so long, they do great work.

Brandon A. came out today to check on my whole house humidifier because the unit was telling me the water panel needed to be replaced, even though it's only 3 months old. He explained the whole system to me, gave me advice, and offered to help with anything else he could. Great service!

Very pleased with the service I received from TR Miller! Jacob W came out to do an initial assessment and estimate, Noe came the next morning to complete a water heater replacement and installation. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous and obviously very experienced. They both were friendly and thorough, and did a great job not only with the service but also explaining to me the scope of work throughout the process. 10/10 across the board, highly recommend this company.
