Bogdan was my service tech today and I have nothing but five star ratings for his service, his knowledge and, his communication to me on the furnace inspection. We also discussed the installation of a whole house humidifier to be installed on the furnace, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable on what needed to be done and that my furnace could accommodate the new humidifier. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this service call and look forward to the upcoming installation of the humidifier.

Ted, David, and Carlos were out to replace my HVAC unit - excellent service like always! Left the space cleaner than how they found it, explained everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Armando was here for our HVAC service on our furnace. After inspecting our furnace, which is five years old, it was discovered there was a lot of drywall dust and some rust in certain areas. Armando explained everything in detail along with the recommendations for correction and pricing. We have been very satisfied with all the TR Miller employees that have come out to inspect our items in our home and also appreciate their knowledge and skill in their respective field. We also like that plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are all under one business!

I had a new kitchen faucet installed by Jacob W on Saturday and he did an outstanding job going over the existing piping and valves etc. He explained everything in detail and was extremely professional! He gave his observations but was willing to listen to what I wanted for this particular project. Great job by Jacob W! Thank you.

Bogdan came out to my house and was extremely helpful. Very transparent with the problems my furnace was having, what he was fixing and why he was fixing. He got everything running in a very timing manor and was very diligent and focused on making sure the problem was solved sufficiently. I’m very happy with his service

Jacob W came out today for our annual plumbing inspection and truly went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he found, offering helpful suggestions to fix small issues and extend the life of our water heater. He even crawled into a very tight space behind our kitchen cabinets to locate and repair a small leak from our bathtub overflow.

I had a water heater and furnace replaced by TR Miller. I had Technicians Jim and Jacob come over to do the install. These guys were the most polite, honest, and professional techs I have worked with! They took time to explain everything they were doing, did a great job installing the system, and cleaned up everything after the visit. I will ALWAYS use TR Miller because of the service I received. I’ve been a VIP member for going on two years now and have always had great luck with the HVAC side of the house, but I’m honestly floored by what I just paid for a plumbing visit.

The plumber himself was awesome—super professional and did solid work. No complaints there. But looking at the bill afterward, I feel like I got taken for a ride. I was charged $2,000 just to swap out a toilet, replace a flange, and put in a quarter-turn valve.

That price was supposedly after my military discount and my VIP membership "savings." I checked around after the fact and realized I paid double, if not triple, what this job should have cost. It’s really disappointing because I want to keep using these guys, but I can’t wrap my head around that kind of markup, especially for a loyal customer that has referred family to them.

I’m hoping someone from management can look into this and meet me in the middle on a refund. I’d love to keep my membership active, but I definitely won't be calling back for plumbing or electrical at these rates.

Bogdan came out to take care of a fried control board for our furnace and was super friendly, professional and very informative while performing the repairs. He made sure the furnace was heating properly a few times before leaving and I really appreciate the quality control. 5 stars Bogdan and thank you!

I had 2 technicians out this week for both heating and plumbing. Don C performed a plumbing inspection as part of my maintenance plan. He was so courteous and took his time to explain everything he was looking at and what repairs may be needed. Julian performed maintenance and cleaning on my HVAC system. He was also very courteous and extremely thorough with the repair he completed. I need to replace my whole-house humidifier soon and Julian was great about explaining my options and the price he quoted was reasonable. I felt they both went above and beyond and were happy to answer my many, many questions. Very positive experience! I will continue to use TR Miller in the future.

Armando from TR Miller visited today for my bi-yearly HVAC service, and explained the current situation of the HVAC and furnace. He clarified all the questions I had about the duct cleaning, humidifier filter and furnace temperatures

We went through TR Miller for three plumbing installs. They installed a water softener system, sump pump, and whole home water filtration system. Darrick and Juan were professional, provided updates during the project, answered my questions, and reviewed their work at the end. Highly recommended!!!

Benjamin was able to help me install my new thermostat and performed my semi annual HVAC check up in a timely manner. Would recommend Benjamin and TR Miller to anyone who needs home services.

My part for the ac came in quickly and Rob was here the next day to fix my ac. He was knowledgeable about the ac, informative, responsive, and kind. I have always had good service with them and love that they are a family business.

Very good team of two explained all details on furnace cleaning & air conditioner. I asked to even out the air pad when I called for service but they didn't inform Zack, he did balance the pad on his own. I also signed up for yearly service on furnace & air they put in approximately 10years ago. I would recommend Just Right to all.

My first time using them and they are great. Zack did a great job with our furnace tune up and was up front and honest. I’ve used other companies in the past and didn’t enjoy the service. I’m glad I went with this local Bolingbrook company and will only use them moving forward.
