The visit went well and the technician was nice and polite, however I was blindsided by the $110 service visit fee. What happened to free estimates? They only work with American Standard units and ours is a Carrier and I said i wasn't sure my husband would want to change systems. I said my husband was out of town because his brothers health is failing and would be back on Sunday. I asked for the estimates so I could share them with my husband, the tech took my email address and as he was leaving said I owed him $110 for the visit and that if we went with them it would be taken off the bill. Which is fine but I already indicated that we wanted to stay with the Carrier brand if at all possible. Had I known it would cost me $110 and they only install American Standard I would not have had them come out at all.

I have been using this company for quite a few years. They are professional, curtisious, friendly, and caring! Zack, was just here the orher day installing a new A-Frame for the air conditioner. He is a great guy and worker. He said just call us out when the weather get to 70 degrees so we can charge up the A/C. I can't say enough good things about them. My furnace went out in winter and I actually needed a new one! It was installed the next day! I have never waited more than a day for them to take care of my heating and cooling issues. I 100 % recommend this company! Thank you Zack, Scott and Just Right Heating and Cooling. You guys are the BEST!

Service call was late, but friendly. Don't appreciate a company sticker being placed on my unit without my permission.
Also I thought all the diagnostic was overkill, just wanted a furnace cleaning. I felt I was getting a scare tactic into purchasing a new furnace. Typical.
I realize that you just bought my old techs customers, but didn't get his intergrity.

I always have a great experience with Just Right. I scheduled on line, they have great communication through text and email. The technicians always take time to show you what the problem is, the cost to repair and present options if available. They are not about selling, they are about taking care of you. Zack Horn came out to fix my A/C. Very professional, worked cleanly, made sure I understood the problem he found, what the part does in the system and how my system is performing now against how it should be. Before he left he asked if I had any other questions. My receipt came electronically with thorough detail of the service call. I’m very happy with Just Right Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them!

8/28/2023 Called Rob because we needed a new water heater. He was very helpful and came out with Bob and Jim within 48 hours. Very courteous and professional team. Completed the install within two hours and cleaned up the floor in the utility closet. This is a GREAT company for your HVAC/water heater needs! We've been using them for years. They are honest and reliable. Thank you!

11/2022 I've been using this company for years. Excellent customer service, high quality products! We didn't have hot water. Called Just Right. Jim came right out to assess the situation. He made the necessary repairs in less than an hour. Couldn't be happier! So grateful for hot water.🙌🏽

The service was completed quickly and competently and everyone that I spoke to at this company was exceptionally personable and helpful. Switching to Just Right permanently now and absolutely will purchase my next air conditioner or other equipment from them. Nice to still find an old fashioned company who cares about their customers and who employ people instead of AI.

Very pleased with Just Right Heating & Cooling. Rob had a team sent to my house within an hour of my phone call! Zack was very professional and explained everything that he was doing while he worked on the A/C unit. Will definitely contact them again if we need more work in the future.

I contacted Just Right because my a/c was not working. They sent a service tech out, Zack was great, 5 stars for him. I was charged for the service call and received a quote for repair, which I accepted via email and called the company to schedule service. Just Right never called me back to schedule the repair. I tried contacting them several times, spoke with Rob, who said he would get back to me and left messages. Two weeks without air conditioning in June, I had to call another company and pay for another service call to get my a/c fixed. Regarding the response from the owner, I’m not James, nor am I a landlord or renter. I own my home and paid for a service call and tried to schedule a repair as I stated in my review.

It is the time of the year where we appreciate the work you guys do.. Zack demonstrated incredible skills to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you Zack for bringing heat to my home.

Just Right did a great job servicing my air conditioner. They had the parts needed to make the repair and also did some general maintenance. Zack was the technician and he was knowledgeable and thorough. They were on time and did the work in less than an hour. I will use them again in the future.

After my past HVAC service man retired, I was directed to Just Right Heating & Air Conditioning. They got back to me promptly with a service time that fit my schedule, and their technician Zack was excellent! He took time to get acquainted with me and my concerns, I showed him where to find my circuit breaker, thermostat & outdoor AC unit on the first day of several with a 100-degree heat index. He was knowledgeable, diligent and gave me updates on what he was finding. I was grateful that a relay needed replacing rather than the entire aging system.
The price was reasonable, and I was encouraged to reach out to the company if I had any further issues with my unit. I highly recommend Just Right Heating & Cooling and Zach!

Rob fixed an issue w our boiler. Just Right installed the original system for the previous owner of the house and Rob is a true professional as he remembers all the nuances of both the heating and AC units installed for a house almost 100 years old. I would recommend Rob and his crew to anyone who has HVAC needs.
