Orlando is the best HVAC technician I’ve ever used. Fair, honest and does a fantastic job getting the work done.

Our air conditioner was making humming noises and I noticed the fan wasn’t working. Marcor came out within hours and fixed it! It was going to be a very hot day and I have 4 kids. He had it fixed before my house can even get uncomfortably hot! He also cleaned it which was very much needed. He educates you, he is really friendly and he did a great job. We will definitely use him for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Orlando was extremely knowledgeable and educated me from start to finish on the issue and the concerns he had with my system. He was super professional and showed me the problems before making any adjustments. I appreciated his expertise and not taking advantage of me being a woman. I felt respected and safe while he was in my home and I'm equally confident in his HVAC knowledge.

Our first was when Orlando installed a whole home humidifier that works amazing, and now this. Our air conditioner was running but there was no cold air. I called Marcor Heating and Cooling and had pleasure to talk to Orlando. Orlando came promptly and diagnosed the issue with the air conditioner right away and explained to me what part has gone bad. I am really happy with his prompt service and reasonable cost of service.

We found Marcor Hearing & Cooling on a FB group page where there were many positive reviews. I called because our furnace would not turn on (first time to use it this fall). The technician came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, left to get a part, came back, and installed the part. At first, the furnace still did not work. The technician went step by step and found the problem. The technician was very good, and, most importantly, did not try to sell us a new furnace. $305 and the furnace is back in business. I highly recommend this company and Orlando, our technician. It’s a pleasure to find an honest and capable company!

Orlando is my most enjoyable and knowledgeable service provider we have ever had the pleasure of working on our home. He will educate you on all your product options (I now know so much about hot water heaters) and only install products that he would stand behind 100%. He came up with the best space saving tankless water heater solution we could have asked for and gave us a fair price, though with his level of service and attention to detail, could have charged as much as the largest heating and cooling companies do. We plan to have him replace our ancient furnace and AC in due time. Wouldn’t go with anyone else now. You will be in great hands that care by hiring Marcor for your heating and cooling needs.
