Jamal from Windy City HVAC Repair is the Michael Jordan of HVAC repair! This man was masterful in his craft, and fixed my system in less than an hour. My furnace hadn't been kicking in properly all winter long and I had no idea why. Jamal took a look at everything, explained the issue, cleaned a part that was causing problems because it was blocked/dirty, and fixed it right up for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the topic and took the time to help me understand what the problem was and answer any questions I had.

He is also a very personable guy - as a young woman who lives alone it can sometimes be worrisome to let a stranger into my apartment for these types of things. Jamal made me feel comfortable and safe during his visit and was kind, respectful, and very easy to talk to. The technical service AND customer service were both outstanding. I appreciate his honesty when he told me the problems and what it cost. First guy wanted to replace furnace but he said it wasn’t necessary and saved me a fortune. I’d call him back in a heartbeat.
