Jahmal, my technician, was very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He was also very friendly and put me at ease, which I really appreciated considering that our furnace stopped working overnight. He performed the service efficiently while also explaining to me what he was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to come out and fix our furnace, and I'd recommend Windy City HVAC Repair to anyone!

Just moved in and wanted to have our system looked at, especially since it's getting up there in age, and see about getting a service contract. Jamal was absolutely the best and I signed up for the service club right off. I'm one of those that likes to know how things work so we chatted, he explained things he was doing, talked about refrigerants and where the technology is going.
