We had what appeared to two technicians from two different companies to be an unresolvable problem with our furnace. Each did the basics and then contacted their respective managers for ideas. We paid for one to wait on hold for technical support 10 minutes! We paid $200 and then $279 without resolution.
Then Zack Horn stopped by to prepare a proposal. We went down to the furnace and he just listened to it and said “something doesn’t sound right “. Ten minutes later our furnace was repaired. Holy Cow, was I impressed! I offered to gladly pay him for the repair but he wouldn’t take our money.
This guy is truly a gifted technician and a unique individual. Thank you again, Zack!

We purchased an American Standard HVAC system from a different company. After 8 service calls we dumped that company and called Just Right. I asked them to look for things the other company didn't do or did wrong.
Zack came out and found several things the other company missed.
He really knows his stuff.
We'll be using Just Right going forward.

Robert was very thorough and professional while doing the furnace clean and check. He advised me of his observations and findings during the process. He also asked me on more than one occasion if I had any questions. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

Last summer, our house wasn't cooling but we could hear the the unit running. The Marcor owner lives in our neighborhood. He quickly replied and came over to assess the situation. I loved the fact that he was honest with us and didn't just try to charge us a bunch of money! Being newer to the neighborhood, we were nervous that we would have to start the summer purchasing a brand new unit. One small fix has worked for the past year!!!
