Plumbing reviews in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Thank you Pure Plumbing provided the BEST experience! Ken replaced our hot water heater and helped to diagnose and repair numerous issues we have been having. He was efficient and cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend Pure Plumbing, Inc. to friends and family!!

Ken and his team were fantastic. They were able to stop by the same day I called to view our problem and give us a quote to repair it. They were back the next morning, and quickly, efficiently and very professionally fixed our plumbing issue. I'd recommend Pure Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a plumber! We'll be calling them back to work on some other non-emergency plumbing issues we've been putting off. Great experience, very pleasant, very professional and we couldn't be happier!

I also would recommend Pure Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone!! Ken has come out to our house twice now. A while ago to repair the clogged kitchen sink. Today to repair our upstairs toilet and sink!! Ken always shows up on time, he is reasonably priced, neat, reliable, and honest. Ken does such a GREAT job!!

I called Pure Plumbing because they were a certified dealer for a tankless water heater I wanted. Ken responded quickly and came out to survey the area and provided a quote. All his reviews were positive and his was the best price. He was able to come out a couple of weeks later and did the job spectacularly!

Not only is he a professional, he is personable and easily explained to my untrain ears what he was doing. Previously, it took a long time to get hot water to our kitchen, but with the recirculating function of the heater, it is now almost instant! Thanks to him we are getting great hot water throughout the house.

A job well done! Will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!

The service from Ken was absolutely AMAZING! His knowledge and work ethic was outstanding! He was able to fix major flaws in our plumbing while fixing the “burst” pipe under our kitchen sink. He was able to come out quickly in this frigid weather and was courteous, very friendly and affordable. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing and hot water tank needs. Thank you so much Pure Plumbing Inc.
