RootBusters came out to install a water line for my refrigerator. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the work. I appreciate RootBusters addressing my request in a timely manner.

Had a sewer back up on the coldest day of the year, and was able to find a caring, compassionate,, and extemporary team in ROOTBUSTERS. They were able to come over and correct the issue fast. Friendly help during a chaotic and challenging time, from the representative on the phone to the technician, Phil. I could not be more pleased.

I made a call to RootBusters and they arrived within 35 minutes. Andrew assessed the situation, made a phone call to gain further information and installed the correct part. All with 30 minutes. Problem solved! A+ guys.

unsure whether my hunch is true or not but my family was told “ we’re looking at about 300$” for our repairs. i come back and ask my elderly grandmother how much it ended up being and i was told 700$. whether it was a miscommunication or downright taking advantage of our elders i’m not too happy the company wasn’t transparent about the bill. phil was a nice guy and im sure it wasn’t him but let’s name a price and keep it there,, what is my almost 75 year old grandma to do but just comply. like???? very disappointed.

We had a clogged drain that he very quickly assessed, fixed, and educated on how to prevent clogs in the future. Pricing was fair, and he was able to get me on schedule next day. I had my kitchen sink and dishwasher backing up. I call Root Busters. The girl on the phone was very polite and courteous. She told me the price and said she would get back to me to let me know when they can come out. Within 5 minutes she called back and said he would be out before 3. Phil was out not even two hours later and got the sink draining again. Phil was also very polite and courteous. Definitely recommending them for any plumbing issues. The old house I just bought last year had its main sewer blocked in the first month of this year. I was feeling anxious and didn't know what was going on. I called the city, and they said it must because tree roots had grown in. My house is old and there is no clean out in outdoors. The pipeline has about 125 feet. I compared the quotes of many plumbers on Google and Thumbback, and the price difference is still quite large. However, I dare not use the cheap ones because I am afraid that spending money for nothing will be effective, and the expensive ones I won't be affordable it. But luckily, I have been browsed through Thumbtack for several days, and finally I was able to find a company that is closer to my house, And the quote looks very reliable, Phil is also very patient and responds carefully to every question I have. As it is the first time I have encountered this situation, I have many concerns, But he patiently replied. In the end, I made an appointment with him, just like the name of their company, Tree Root Killer. As expected, he caught a tree roots from my sewer pipe and solved my problem. He is not only professional but also kind. I bought a dresser that was too heavy to move and kept it in the hallway. I asked him to help me move it upstairs, He did not refuse. I can only say that he is very nice. Thank you, I will recommend you to my friends who need it.

I was extremely satisfied with the plumbing work done by Phil!! His plumbing expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire removal of the old, and installation of the new replacement water heater. Phil also did a great job in fixing our kitchen drain on the same day! The work was completed thoroughly and effectively, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything.

His wife, Alexa was also very professional when I called for plumbing services, and was very nice and accommodated my request for "asap" service.

RootBusters was highly recommended on my towns facebook page. I’m glad I went with them. Andrew was prompt, knowledgeable and took extra care to make sure there was zero signs of any sludgy mess.

They were great. They responded quickly to my inquiry about a possible leak. I inquired on a Saturday and they scheduled something with me that day for Monday as I told them that it wasn’t an emergency. One of my water pipes was slowly leaking onto my living room ceiling. Although they had to cut a hole in the ceiling, they took care to make sure the area was kept clean. Price was reasonable and it wasn’t something that I would have done myself. Plumbing is not my forte! I would have them come back without any hesitation.

My drain that goes from the house to the street was clogged. I called and made an appointment and Phil came out and did a great clean job. He worked on my drain till he knew it was clean and fixed. I would highly recommend Phil for any of your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend to anyone needing quality service and honest pricing. I had a water leak under the concrete slab to my kitchen. Phil came out and quickly pinpointed the leak and was able to make the repair with minimal concrete removal, and without having to remove cabinets or damage flooring. Very professional, and great customer service. I will definitely use again when the need arises.

I cant say enough good things about Phil and the team here! I called at 7am, spoke to someone, and by 10am Phil was in my driveway inspecting the problem. He comes in a big box truck with all the tools he need to make sure he doesn’t leave until the job is done. After an inspection he told me what the next steps were and I was off and out of the way to let him do his work. About 2.5 hours later he let me know he was done and showed me the issue and how he fixed it in detail. He laid down some tarp and was very good about cleanup. Now the that I was anticipating the most! The cost! I was sure I’d be climbing pretty high, especially the short notice and the amount of time he was at my house - I was pleasantly surprised to see that the price was MORE than fair. I found these guys based on the google reviews and now I know they’re legit - as new homeowners, it’s important to have a list of reputable tradesmen you can rely on. These guys made that list! Keep up the great work!!

Sump pump that was installed by Rootbusters not even a year old started sputtering this was the second this this happened but thus time it persisted for more than a day, reached out to their help line and got back a reply after a day (this happened during Christmas so its understandable), they did come right out once they replied. They found a lot of rocks in the well, per the repair person that was missed out in cleaning probably when sumo pump was installed. They charged us a reasonable price and was given a discount using a coupon on their website.

We had a water leak under the sink. Got the reference from my daughter who was all praise for them. The service was prompt and clean. The whole task was undertaken in an extremely professional way. Thanks Andrew for a great job.

Root Busters you are the bomb!!!!!!

When my water heater failed, I messaged through a popular review website 3 different plumbers on 12-31 and Root Busters was the only on that messaged me back right away. A gentlemen named Kelli messaged me but I didn't quite understand what he was asking so I ended up calling them the next day on 1-1.

I spoke with a very kind and understanding woman on the phone. She told me they can squeeze me in later on in the afternoon. When I expressed that I wanted some time to clean my home and schedule them for a different day. She assured me a messy home was no big deal and she offered a waiver on the call out fee.

When the tech Andrew arrived, I apologized for the mess but he said it was no big deal. Andrew was polite, kind, professional, and respectful.
My only con (which is why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5) is that Andrew didn't know what an anode rod on a water heater was or where was it on the one he installed. This is something that every plumber should know as it is an important part of a water heater. He asked what it was and I explained it to him. After a quick Google search on the new water heater I showed him where it was and he made sure I has easy access to it.

If I have any other plumbing needs in the future I will surely reach out to Root Busters.
