Phil was on time and did a quick, thorough job. He explained everything fully and was able to get me in for quick service. He cleaned up after the work was finished which is always appreciated. I will definitely ask for his services again should they be required. Thank you!

Quick service, very professional. Had a leak at the T-junction behind bathroom vanity drain. Reached out via Thumbtack on Monday , and Phil was quick to reply and set up an appointment for Thursday. He mentioned he might be able to make it same day, and that’s exactly what happened, as he had a cancellation. Messaged when he arrived so I could put the dogs outside while he worked. Knew exactly what the problem was, explained the fix, and gave a reasonable quote for the work. I let him do his thing, and in no time he was complete. Definitely recommend his services for quality, affordable plumbing work.

Phil was the best. Came quickly after I had ordered the parts and he verified I got the right stuff. Very courteous and caring of my home. Little booties. Cleaned up. Kept us informed and did a few things extra to help our hot water heater run more efficiently. Phil and RootBusters will be on my speed dial for all future plumbing issues. Oh and very fair prices. Gave us a quote and stuck to it. Little discount too for being seniors and residents. Thanks again guys. Never knew hot water could feel so good after 2 1/2 days without it.

Would highly recommend to anyone needing regular maintenance or emergency service. Phil has taken care of us a few times now. Always prompt (late night call and he was out next morning) and communication is next level. Pricing is a steal considering the all around great and clean service that is provided.

I recently had an issue with the sump pump and a down spout drainage pipe to the storm drain system sewer at the end of my lot. With the weathers recent downpour, both areas began to flood outside my home due to some type of blockage in the drainage pipe.
I called Root Busters, explained the problem and was told that an employee would come out the following day between 12:00-1:00 pm.
The following day Phil called at 10:50 am and informed us that he would be at the house in 15 minutes, well before the timeframe that he was scheduled to arrive.
Once Phil arrived at my house, he immediately assessed the problem and began addressing it. After sometime he was able to clean both drains, and the water flowed freely to the storm drain system sewer.
I am very impressed with Phil‘s promptness to arrive at the job site before the scheduled time, his professionalism, honesty, and his dedication to assist his customer. I would definitely recommend Root Busters for any type of drainage issue you may have within your home or business.

Phil was great. I called this morning about two clogged drains. Phil came out and showed me how to clean the sink drain stopper, which fixed that problem. The toilet, which had not been flushing right for two weeks, magically started working correctly when he was here. I felt kind of dumb to have brought him out for two minor problems. He didn't even charge me for a service call! Very nice of him. I will definitely call him when my next plumbing disaster strike! Thanks Phil!

We had two toilets not flushing in our home and had two plumbers come out that gave us no real answers. I asked for recommendations on facebook for a good plumber and 7 out of 10 people recommended Rootbusters, so I called last night at 8:30pm and a woman answered who was very friendly, she said someone could come the next day at 1pm. Today I got a text message from Phil that he could come see the problem even earlier than promised. He showed up and showed out! He fixed one toilet that had some build up, then worked on our other toilet for over an hour! He said there was something stuck inside and would not stop until it was removed, he took the toilet off after the auger wouldn’t work and he manually removed a TV remote from the toilet! Our toddler had flushed it down months ago. He did phenomenal work at a VERY VERY fair price! I will only call him from now on and I will recommend everyone I know to Rootbusters! Amazing!

Phil was great! He’s well experienced and knows what he’s doing. Quickly identified the blockage and my main sewer line and got to working. Being a first time homeowner, he even took the time to explain what the common issues are and where to look for future plumbing problems like these.

I would highly recommend his work, prices were fair, and they were able to get to me same day as I called (within hours actually).
