Dave was super nice and super knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything that might be wrong and how we had multiple options about how to proceed,. It I ne we felt rushed or pressured. We have a follow up appointment for a pretty serious issue, and I look forward to seeing the quality of the work he will do!

The guy was nice but he didn’t snake into the house and we paid 509 for him to fix our blockage and the blockage came back in 3 days then we called back and they said they was booked up we had another plumber come out and he snaked into the house and found tree roots there and only charged us 90 dollars and he said it was no way that would of came in after a few days of being snaked

Dave fixed my bathroom sink. Pipe needed to be cleared. Professional and very helpful, offered good advice on replacing faucet for the sink. Courtesy plumbing has serviced my home several times over the years. I highly recommend them for plumbing services.

Ronda and the whole team are wonderful. The get job scheduled quickly and on time. There price is very good as well. I have used them for alot of jobs in the are and will continue to do so.

We had issues with a water leak from a pipe feeding into our kitchen sink. Courtesy was able to help the same morning. I cannot speak more highly about Matt Lambert. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Nick G, of Courtesy Plumbing, came out and replaced the shower parts which were no longer working correctly and replaced a part of the toilet flushing system, also not working correctly. Everything’s working wonderfully! Thanks to Nick who was so kind and polite, arriving on time, and doing such great work! Will definitely request him for my next project! Highly recommended!!

I've been looking for a plumbing service that would come out and fix a small issue for a while now. I booked an appointment with Courtesy, they came out as promised and did the job. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

Mickey (owner) reached out to me regarding my issues and what happened immediately and he apologized and offered me a full refund due to the issues I had! Absolutely a stand-up guy and a business that conducts their business with integrity. Although I had the issue fixed before they had the opportunity to send another plumber out, I’ve been assured that had he known about it he would’ve had it taken care of asap.

Although I had a bad initial experience, they made it right and you can tell they very much care about their work, the quality of their work, and customer satisfaction. I updated the review to 4 stars due to them making the issue right, but still having the issues in the first place.

I had Tylor service my hot water heater by providing a new dielectric union and sealing a gas leak, both of which he did well, despite not leveling out the hot water line that he left crooked. He did both of these jobs well.

However, Tylor didn’t tell me that he broke the cold water shutoff valve while performing the service and never fully reopened or fixed it. So he came out the next morning to address my lack of hot water since my entire house could no longer get any hot water pressure.

He then proceeded to tell me the entire house had scale buildup in the pipes, and that my hot water heater was no good despite being 3-4 years old. He then sent a quote for $5,731.06 to run descaler through my house and replace the hot water heater entirely.

I had another plumber come out to get a second opinion and he showed me the broken valve, told me that my issues were due to the broken valve and being unable to replenish water in the heater as fast as I’d use it (slow fill). He then replaced the cold water shutoff to the hot water heater and voila, I have working hot water in my house again and it only cost 10% of what Tylor and Courtesy Plumbing would’ve charged me for a solution that wouldn’t have worked or addressed the actual problem.

The other plumber also said that when the union was replaced the water line should’ve been leveled to prevent future pressure issues. You can see in the photo below the hot water in the back, and the new cold water line in the front, now level.

I can not recommend them in good faith.

Justin could not have not more professional, friendly & sweet. He was extremely knowledgeable & was able to identify and repair the problem straight away.

There was no hedging and hogging and what might be and what we should do. He told us to do this and it will be fixed and it was.

The price was comparable to other companies and also fair.

I have not had interaction with other people from his company but if they are as wondrous as he is.. they would have a customer for life in me.

Courtesy Plumbing - Justin was prompt in getting to my house when our water heater broke. Of course, I was hosting family at my home when it occurred. They gave me a reasonable estimate for parts and labor and returned the next day to install the new water heater. They were polite and did a great job in a small space.

Nick G was incredible! Punctual, friendly and respectful.

I recently moved into a new home built in the 70s. Quickly found a laundry list of plumbing issues to take care of.

Nick came out to provide a free inspection and quote out repairs. He succinctly determined what was needed, performed an impromptu gas leak repair, and came back a few days later to make the necessary repairs.

Excellent customer service. Expert content knowledge. Paid attention to detail (recognized the problem tree root, and wouldn't leave until he was able to remove it). Honest ( he charged what he quoted when he first got to our house, and didn't add to it after staying longer to truly get the job done right).

I noticed my sump pump line outside my unit was bubbling water over the outside pipe. I called Courtesy Plumbing and they arrived at my unit within an hour. Justin performed an assessment and determined my line was full of roots from surrounding trees. To remediate the issue, another piece of equipment was needed and maybe a second person. Justin was able to add another drainage line to push water away from my unit until he was able to return with equipment.
Justin was able to rod out the line and I could not believe the mass amount of roots he removed!!!
Justin is always professional, detailed, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done for repair. I am always happy and satisfied with all the plumbing work Courtesy performs for me!! I highly recommend them!!

Courteous plumber Dave even cleaned up the area after rodding my pipes. These guys did the courtesy of that so good name. We sent the camera into pipe to ensure it was clear to the street. Definitely far superior service than other plumbers I have tried in the past. Will call them back next time.

I tried to reach these guys for the first time but there was a poor connection and I had to hung up because we couldn't communicate. After a while, I was called by somebody from the drainage rodding Bolingbrook company again. She was so nice to explain everything regarding the problem and answered all my questions. They fixed my issue at the end of the day and I am happy with their work!

I needed a sewer cleaning Bolingbrook, but I didn’t know how bad it was until your guys came to my rescue. I had been procrastinating for a while because of the expense, even back when I noticed that I had clogged sink drains. Calling your guys in Bolingbrook was the right decision now that I am stress-free after nipping my problem at the bud.
