Zack came earlier than expected and was very efficient. Needed a new part and he cleaned and checked coolant levels. He’s a total pro and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

We've used Just Right Heating & Cooling for years. They recently came by on short notice to fix our AC. Zack was great, offered recommendations, and answered all my questions. He was able to find and fix the issue same day.

Zacks did a great job! Very thorough. Explained each step and showed me the inspection photos of the heat exchanger. Didn’t expect a complete cleaning of the furnace but that was included as part of the repair service. Price was exactly as quoted upfront. Very satisfied with Just Right Heating and Cooling.

Absolutely outstanding 👏 No high pressure just Tech speak so you understood why you needed a new HVAC system, which one was best, and why you shouldn't service your old one. Pleasant, funny, and intelligent seemed to be standard. Zach, Zack and Tim were extremely attentive when they answered questions. Tim didn't leave until he had explained everything and made sure I was happy. I can't say enough good things about these guys and their experience. Highly, Highly Recommend! The visit went well and the technician was nice and polite, however I was blindsided by the $110 service visit fee. What happened to free estimates? They only work with American Standard units and ours is a Carrier and I said i wasn't sure my husband would want to change systems. I said my husband was out of town because his brothers health is failing and would be back on Sunday. I asked for the estimates so I could share them with my husband, the tech took my email address and as he was leaving said I owed him $110 for the visit and that if we went with them it would be taken off the bill. Which is fine but I already indicated that we wanted to stay with the Carrier brand if at all possible. Had I known it would cost me $110 and they only install American Standard I would not have had them come out at all.

I have been using this company for quite a few years. They are professional, curtisious, friendly, and caring! Zack, was just here the orher day installing a new A-Frame for the air conditioner. He is a great guy and worker. He said just call us out when the weather get to 70 degrees so we can charge up the A/C. I can't say enough good things about them. My furnace went out in winter and I actually needed a new one! It was installed the next day! I have never waited more than a day for them to take care of my heating and cooling issues. I 100 % recommend this company! Thank you Zack, Scott and Just Right Heating and Cooling. You guys are the BEST!

Service call was late, but friendly. Don't appreciate a company sticker being placed on my unit without my permission.
Also I thought all the diagnostic was overkill, just wanted a furnace cleaning. I felt I was getting a scare tactic into purchasing a new furnace. Typical.
I realize that you just bought my old techs customers, but didn't get his intergrity.

I always have a great experience with Just Right. I scheduled on line, they have great communication through text and email. The technicians always take time to show you what the problem is, the cost to repair and present options if available. They are not about selling, they are about taking care of you. Zack Horn came out to fix my A/C. Very professional, worked cleanly, made sure I understood the problem he found, what the part does in the system and how my system is performing now against how it should be. Before he left he asked if I had any other questions. My receipt came electronically with thorough detail of the service call. I’m very happy with Just Right Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them!
