Working with Orlando with Marcor HVAC is a terrific experience and I've been nothing but satisfied with the services provided. I have a tankless boiler that originally led me to Marcor and from the first phone call, I felt confident that Orlando was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me out. The appointment was prompt, he was right on time, and the follow up calls/texts to schedule the repair when the part arrived was phenomenal. I also used Marcor for preventative service on my A/C units and was also extremely happy with the results. Super reliable, great value, and an overall awesome customer experience, I'll be referring this company to colleagues for sure. Make the call if you're looking for any HVAC services, Orlando is the man.

Thank you Orlando! Our air conditioner went out last night and he was at our house first thing this morning to fix it. This is the second time we have used them and both times have been great! Our first was when Orlando installed a whole home humidifier that works amazing, and now this. Our air conditioner was running but there was no cold air. I called Marcor Heating and Cooling and had pleasure to talk to Orlando. Orlando came promptly and diagnosed the issue with the air conditioner right away and explained to me what part has gone bad. I am really happy with his prompt service and reasonable cost of service.

We found Marcor Hearing & Cooling on a FB group page where there were many positive reviews. I called because our furnace would not turn on (first time to use it this fall). The technician came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, left to get a part, came back, and installed the part. At first, the furnace still did not work. The technician went step by step and found the problem. The technician was very good, and, most importantly, did not try to sell us a new furnace. $305 and the furnace is back in business. I highly recommend this company and Orlando, our technician. It’s a pleasure to find an honest and capable company!

Orlando is my most enjoyable and knowledgeable service provider we have ever had the pleasure of working on our home. He will educate you on all your product options (I now know so much about hot water heaters) and only install products that he would stand behind 100%. He came up with the best space saving tankless water heater solution we could have asked for and gave us a fair price, though with his level of service and attention to detail, could have charged as much as the largest heating and cooling companies do. We plan to have him replace our ancient furnace and AC in due time. Wouldn’t go with anyone else now. You will be in great hands that care by hiring Marcor for your heating and cooling needs.

I had an excellent experience with Orlando. I had water heater vent pipe that needed to be rerouted. Orlando was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do! Jahmal, my technician, was very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He was also very friendly and put me at ease, which I really appreciated considering that our furnace stopped working overnight.
