Just moved in and wanted to have our system looked at, especially since it's getting up there in age, and see about getting a service contract. Jamal was absolutely the best and I signed up for the service club right off. I'm one of those that likes to know how things work so we chatted, he explained things he was doing, talked about refrigerants and where the technology is going. Suffice to say I absolutely recommend calling Windy City for HVAC concerns.
