Bartlett does good work and is competitively priced. The arborist (Frank) who evaluated our large, storm-damaged mulberry tree was thorough in explaining several options between pruning and complete removal. We chose removal, and the crew who did the work produced minimal collateral damage, in a somewhat tight spot.
We have had Bartlett caring for our trees for a little over a year now - their expertise and effort has truly shown through. Trees that we thought were near their ends bloomed beautifully this past spring and summer, and really showed amazing colors this fall. In years past these trees barely produced any leaves or flowers and we questioned whether they were still living. The treatments Bartlett provided brought these trees back to full, vivid life. We are entirely satisfied with Bartlett and look forward to continue working with them
Frank Kapple and his crew may very well have saved our 20 year old Maple Tree from dying. Frank accurately diagnosed a root girdle problem that was killing this tree. Two days later he had crew at our home cutting away the destructive root that was choking the tree. After two weeks we are already seeing improvement. We could not be happier with Frank and Bartlett Tree Experts.
After telling us our tree had wood pecker damage and charging us hundreds for some bogus treatment, our pagoda dogwood is actually dying of canker - which was correctly diagnosed by the Morton Arboretum. How an arborist can be SO wrong is beyond me. We cannot recommend this company.
Bartlett Tree Experts have taken care of our trees and shrubs for years. They are always very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Our trees are in much better condition now than prior to Bartlett Tree Experts. It is noticeable. We had a tree that was dying from a fungus. It now looks beautiful and healthy.
