I wouldn't hire them again. Their work has been hit-or-miss, often falling short of expectations. I've found them hard to schedule with and not very reliable. What initially impressed me as a new customer seems to be their primary selling point - but don't trust that. My elderly parents were also roped into hiring them, which was a mistake. Last year they installed a component touted as brand new, only to discover it had been used before - even having its serial number scratched off.

I hired 24 Heating & Cooling to install a garage heater, but it didn't last long - it started leaking water from the exhaust vent and ended up going through my roof. I've been trying to get someone from the company to address the issue for ages, but no one ever responded.

To be honest, this experience left me unimpressed with their service. If they don't stand by their work, there's no point in doing business with them. I'll share pictures of the damage and poor workmanship on my own website, so potential customers can see for themselves.

However, it's worth noting that the issue was eventually resolved when Bonnie from 24 Heating & Cooling contacted me directly and sent a check to cover the cost of fixing the roof leak.
