These guys were great to work with. Professional, courteous, and prompt with their communication. They've been accommodating even when my tenants didn't show for an appointment, and even went above and beyond the call of duty by changing out their light bulb once. The work itself was solid and fairly priced, and my tenants are happy. Good honest folks who I would work with again!

I called a few places to clean out a slow bath drain. A Solution called back promptly and provided a range for the cost to do the job over the phone even though the onsite quote was free. I didn’t want to waste either of our time if the price was out of budget. The amount was reasonable so I set up an appointment for a few days later. Rivera called the day before to give me a 2 hour window, the next day he came on time. He assessed the problem and cleared out the drain. He also provided suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again and there was a 30 day warranty in case there were any issues. I found that A Solution to be honest, prompt and provided quality service. I would highly recommend A Solution for your plumbing needs.

Very friendly and professional from the initial call, to the appointment for our quote. Mr. Rivera was right on time, very patient, informative and helpful. He explained exactly what was needed and was not pushy about getting it done. We have been looking for a new plumber to service the building, and I think we have found them.

Trinidad came out, gave me a free estimate. I booked for the next morning, they were running a little late due to the previous job however I really appreciate the fact they called to keep me updated on time of arrival. The job they did was excellent, very very professional Trinidad and his team were fast and definitely educated my husband and I a little on the plumbing issue we had, not even an hour and our issue was fixed, they cleaned out the drain from the roots. I highly recommend A solution sewer and plumbing are the best and I will definitely be using them from here on. Thank you guys

I can't get behind any company that sends a tech out, collects a few after telling you your problem, and then never sends a quote for the actual repair.

This happened 2x, and at this point, i still haven't received a text or email nor proof in any regard that a quote was sent. The tech was fine when he came out, but none of that matters if you're not going to fix the issue and quote for the solution. I called them to tell them, and he said he'd send one out before days end. As i said earlier, I still haven't received anything in spam, text, or normal inbox.

At this point, i have another plumber coming, but it's best that you should, too, just in case, for whatever reason, you never get a quote for the "solution".

Great company. We had a main sewer line clogged with tree roots. They came right out and took care of it. Very professional and nice. Great prices. Will call again if needed in the future.

I overall had a great experience with A Solution Sewer & Plumbing Inc. Trinidad was able to schedule me in, right away, when my pipes burst twice. Gabriel was able come in to replace, not only the initial pipes that burst, but the pipes that burst right after (Chicago weather does not play). During both appointments, which were just around 14 hrs apart, Gabriel was quick and efficient with his work. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

This company came out to give us a free estimate and claimed they would draw up a cost proposal within 24 hours. We called to inquire however a week later we still have no proposal and no contact from them despite us attempting to reach out. Now our laundry room is flooded and we had to call emergency services to come out only to find out this company’s technician unplugged our sump pump and that is the reason my laundry room is now flooded. Seconds after plugging it back in, the water drained. Homeowners beware and stay clear.

Tonight the sewer backed up into my house. I called so many places to come fix it for them to tell me not until the following day or a couple days. I called this company and Trent was very nice and forthcoming on the phone about pricing and eta. I thought it was going to take 3 hours to get someone but they were able to send someone out really quick! Trinidad and Gabriel were wonderful. Trinidad took the time to explain things and allow us to ask questions. They were able to help us with our issue and they were just really kind and pleasant to interact with. Gabriel was awesome and took the time to chat with my dad. Overall I’m super happy with this place and plan to use them in the future!

This company has come through and helped my house some important situations I am extremely grateful for. They replaced an ejector pump, and replaced a cast iron drum trap. The prices are fair and won't break the bank. Trinidad is amazing at customer service.

Solution plumbing fixed a sink 2 months ago and gave me a warranty. The sink is still leaking. Called to make an appointment. When he arrived more than two weeks later he never fixed the sink. He sent estimates for other things he wanted to fix that were never requested. What good is a warranty if he cannot show up in a timely manner and repair the sink. What great customer service.
