Had Diamond pool replace and replumb a pump and cartridge filter for my in ground pool. Matt and George were great, answered all of my questions, and made sure to double check everything to get my pool up and running. The whole process was super in depth and through and I feel comfortable using them again for opening and closing my pool. It feels good to find a good pool company.

Used Diamond for our condo pool for the 1st time this season. I could NOT be happier with their service! Justin, Matt and Josh were the 3 guys that took care of us during the season. They could NOT have been better at their job. They were all super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Diamond Pool and Spa will be our "forever" team in the future. Sophia was our point of contact and she was ALWAYS quick to respond to questions and kept us up to date on every situation. I highly recommend Diamond if you're looking for a team of great employees to care for your pool!!

I was referred to Diamond Pool & Spa by the manufacturer of a faulty pool heater that caught on fire. I initially spoke with Sophia, who organized the replacement from the manufacturer and then the guys came and did the exchange. They are professional, knowlegable and very organized. I will only call them for my pool needs from now on.

they do our janitorial service for a small medical office and the level of clean they maintain is really solid. the floors are always done properly, like mopped and dried not just pushed around with a wet mop. all the exam rooms get wiped down, surfaces sanitized, trash pulled from every room. we have specific requirements because of the type of office we run and they've been good about following the checklist we gave them without us having to remind anyone. the waiting area chairs and front desk area always look presentable in the morning which matters when patients walk in. one thing i didnt expect is how consistent they'd be, its not like one great clean and then it drops off. we're on a daily plan with them and its been like 5 or 6 months now, same quality each time. restrooms stay stocked too which was an issue with our previous company
