Great job cleaning my carpet and reasonable pricing. Have used them for years and have always been pleased with their service. They will even come back and clean it again if you are not happy.

We would not use them again. Did not introduce themselves. Left our house in somewhat of a mess. We had to ask them to clean up. And one of their workers was looking through our medicine cabinet

The cleaning of the sofa and chair went fine, as expected. Their webSite goes on and on about how they are experts at cleaning oriental rugs so I hired them to clean a rug that I absolutely love that had never been cleaned. When the employee came to my house to pick up the rug I told him that the rug was part silk and that they needed to make sure that any product or process that they used had be ok for silk. The red headed guy kind of blue me off, telling me that my rug was not silk.

Anyway, the rug came back damaged. everywhere there was silk, which was mostly an edging detail around the flowers- was and still is ruined. I am looking at my rug now as I type this and my blood boils to see all of the white spots scattered throughout my rug. I bought this rug on sale at Marshall Fields and paid about $5,000 (sale price for it). I still have the receipt. The rug is beautiful and goes with all of my furnishings. A rug like this wears like iron and should last through generations. I alerted the delivery man that the rug looked funny and immediately got on the phone with Mr. Dunne who agreed to come out and look at it. Right off the bat they started to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. Are you kidding me? Are you blind? Anyway they took my rug back to the plan to see if they could "fix" it which I knew would be an impossible task. I specifically told them that if they couldn't "fix" it I wanted to go with them to an appraiser of my choosing to certify that a) it was damaged and b) that it was caused by the cleaning process. Without me and without my permission they took my rug to two different places and simply asked to have it appraised. the appraisers said that it was a used rug worth between $500-$1,000. That is not the point at all! The point is that I can't replace this rug for $1,000 and the rug had no damage and no noticeable stains when I gave it to them. I just wanted the rug freshened up. Now it has what looks like bleach spots all over it and since I wasn't there to talk to their hand picked appraisers (read friends) no one asked them to look at and certify the damage.
When the Dunne Family realized the replacement value of the rug they got very mean and defensive because they didn't want to pay to make me whole. I have no doubt in my mind that I can sue them in small claims court. The only delay has been that I have to pack up this heavy rug by myself, have the damaged evaluated, and then peruse them. Its not easy to transport a full size oriental rug which is the only reason I haven't sued them for the replacement value of this rug.
The entire thing breaks my heart because it was a lot of money to spend on something that should have lasted generations. I do not have the money to pay $5,000 today on a rug and I feel absolutely robbed that the Dunne family has essentially robbed me.

The Dunnes are nice people and they are a great choice for wall to wall carpeting and furniture. But when it comes to oriental rugs- stay away! As much as they tried to do the right thing in the beginning, they got very unprofessional and defensive when they realized they value of the rug. I think they thought it was an $800 rug from Home Goods. I am incredibly angry that thanks to Dunne Cleaning going outside of their true area of expertise I either a) dispose of my cherished rug b) live with it white spots and all or c) pay to replace it. I can never afford to buy the same quality rug again and I shouldn't have to buy a much cheaper version because the Dunne family ruined by rug. It is absolutely nauseating!

I have used Dunne Cleaning for over 20 years to clean the carpets at my preschool and they have always been reliable, thorough and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Gave a good price, were very professional and prompt and did a great job. An extra star for being so patient and putting up with us. We got the time window wrong and asked them to redo part of the carpet, but they were very good about both

Dunne Cleaning came to my work and cleaned our waiting room which has vending machines where kids spill soda, etc. I've worked there for 15 years and as long as I have worked there the carpet hasn't been cleaned. I was absolutely SHOCKED on how they were able to get all the stains out of the carpeting.
I was so amazing with their cleaning, I had them clean my home carpeting the weekend before Christmas. I have 3 dogs ( 2 Chihuahuas who have accidents on the carpet all the time) and a cat. Again, I was "WOW'D with how clean our carpeting came out!!!! Their crew was very professional, friendly and did an amazing job. 2 days later I noticed a couple stains had popped up, which I was told might happen. I called Dunne Cleaning that morning and they were more then happy to send out their guys that afternoon to treat the stains at No Charge. I would highly recommend using them for carpet cleaning. We are so happy with their service that after the Holidays we are going to have them come back and clean our Air Ducts.

I recently had air ducts cleaned, hardwood floors cleaned, and carpets cleaned. The gentlemen who did the work were prompt, courteous and did a good job. I was very happy with Dunne cleaning services and will use them again.

I have used Dunne for many years for in house carpet cleaning. Also bring in oriental rugs for cleaning at their location. Never disappointed. Always a good cleaning job. Family business and they take pride in their work.

I had Dunne Cleaning out to clean my air ducts. Wow, what a difference. I had never had my air duct cleaned before. The people that did the cleaning showed me some of my vents before they were cleaned. I couldn't believe how dirty they were and how clean they were afterward. the crew was very professional and left my house clean. I would recommend them and plan on trying some of their other services in the future.

My in-home upholstery cleaning was very thorough with excellent results. I also sent in an area rug for cleaning that had loose backing edges. After cleaning, Dunne was able to glue the backing in place and the rug is like new. I highly recommend Dunne for cleaning.

A friend of mine (Lisa) recommended Dunne and I'm so glad she did. I had been thinking about having my air ducts cleaned and just never did. I happened to mention air duct cleaning to my Mom and she said she would like to have it done too. We both had estimates and she had her house done first and then two days later I had my house done. Kyle and Vince (the technicians) were great. They explained what they were doing and why. They came in and did what they had to do and were on their way. Everything was left the way it was before they came -- except the AIR DUCTS WERE CLEAN !!

Dunne did an excellent job of cleaning our two couches and the carpet in our bedrooms. All were pretty dirty and everything turned out so much better than we expected. The team was careful and courteous. They explained all of the steps they would take and then walked us through everything when they were finished. They also followed up with a phone call a few days later.

Dunne Cleaning Specialists really stood out as they got back to me quickly, answered my questions and were very easy to work with. They cleaned most of the heavy stains out of my silk/wool rug and I was really happy with their work. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to my friends!

I loath having to make an appointment for a supplier to come and take care of the task, thankfully, Dunne is not like every other supplier! Always prompt and very understanding of my time as well.

This was our first time using Dunne and we were very happy. They cleaned four rooms of carpet, an area rug and a couch. They were polite and very efficient. The cleaning job looks great. We will definitely use them again.

Had them clean our carpets in our store that were in desperate need of help and I am so incredibly pleased with the results. First the consult - the owner came so quickly and gave an absolutely unbeatable quote. I was getting quotes everywhere else for upwards of $800 - dunnes was less than half that! It took less than 2 hours? So quick, so prompt - did such a good job. When I pointed out some small furniture I wanted moved and cleaned Sebastian & the awesome other young man with him pulled out the hose & got right to it - apologizing! It was my fault I went to grab food & didn’t communicate it well! The quality of work is absolutely impeccable I did not think I’d ever be seeing my floors this clean since we opened 2 years ago!
