Jan-Pro does an excellent job of nightly cleaning of the school and offices. They are very friendly and kind.

Similar to other annoying spammers they bombard you with solicitations. They do not go away even if you are not interested. They are truly a nuisance.

I would give this company ZERO stars if it was an option. Their cleaning service is HORRIBLE. I have tried to cancel several times but they keep insisting that I send a certified letter.

Spotty service with the cleaner not always showing up at all. This company renewed my contract without notifying me. And even though I gave them 3 months notice that I was closing my business, I am stuck paying for almost a year of cleaning for a business that doesn't exist.

Great experience with this company gerald guy for company

They do a decent job but some days I feel as if they have rush right through. We are a rather large office building and have 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large area to vacuum but this was all shown when we signed our contract for services.
